4.5 stars. Harbor Freight Tools is a chain store that sells tools, hardware, painting supplies, and many other home-improvement products. Many products are from private in-house brands.
So far, I have shopped in this store one time. I joined their membership program, which allowed me to choose one inexpensive product for free. I purchased a few other products. Their prices were low to moderate, compared to other home-improvement stores’ prices. The cashier quickly and accurately rang up my purchase.

Looking tire changer so I called to see if they had one in stock even thought the internet net said they did. They said it was in stock. I went over and the sales clerk asked what I was looking for. I replied a small tire changer and he asked did you just call. He must have pulled it since it was sitting right there near him. I asked is this on sale for 48 bucks. He was coming up with 60 something so he paged the manager. The manager said the 48 dollar one was the red one this one here is the black one. The red one we are out of stock. I replied thats why I called!!!! Manager
comes back with SORRY.........NEVER AGAIN!

The crew there is absolutely amazing. I found everything I was looking for with 0 problems. I truly appreciate them and all of their hard work. The store was clean and organized and they knew exactly where everything was without hesitation. Great work harbor freight ??
