For $250 per night, I expected significantly better.The hotel doesn’t look like it’s been updated since the 1970s. The pool is outside, which means it was closed in May when we were there with our kids. There is literally nothing else to do there or nearby, so we had to make do with electronics. The furniture in our room was battered. And I barely slept thanks to the lumpy bed and flat pillows. My kids said the waffles were gross at breakfast, and I can confirm that the bacon didn’t taste like bacon. I gave it two stars because it was at least clean. Hampton, you can do MUCH better, especially at that price point in this part of town.

Had one bad experience where I arrived very late. They unbooked me and I had no where to sleep for the night and slept in my truck.Now I've had 2 bad experiences. The day time manager needs some customer service lessons. Once again I was unbooked. I had to use my personal account to secure room that was prepaid on Hiltons app. Was assured that corporate card would be charged but no it wasn't. When I confronted the day manager she said and I quote "We don't always check those messages...maybe you should find a different hotel to better suite your needs". Wow way to do your job. Would rather loose a gold member than read messages sent thru the app. Truly sad attitude.

We were there this past weekend for 2 nights for a dance competition. The staff was very warm and welcoming! However, the breakfast was not as good as we've had in the past at Hiltons. We were down very early (6:30/6:45 am), and they were already out of a lot. No OJ, the 2 hot options were both pretty empty if not entirely empty, and the breakfast seating area was very dirty. Our room was ok, but there was black mold on the shower curtain, the room was dusty, the bathroom toilet didn't look like it was cleaned, we didn't have a remote, and overall it just didn't feel "clean". I've stayed in worse, but this was pretty rough. I know staffing is hard everywhere right now so I don't fault the staff there. The staff there was top notch, so I'm not sure where the issue lies. Traveling alone with my daughter, I do appreciate the check-in app feature where I could choose a room. However, our neighbors were up past 11 yelling, slamming doors, and running down the hall. They were up early screaming and swearing at each other. I did call the front regarding this but not sure what they cold have done.

Highway traffic. So you’ll hear in the night into the morning.Although the bed is comfortable, there were things on the floor between the bedroom and the bathroom that was not cleaned up and I’m kind of grossed out by it.Unless you ask, they do not clean your room every day and you have to ask for new towels each day you are here.Only reason I stayed here was so that I could get back and forth to the hospital and have a place to shower.

Very comfortable stay, and very welcoming and helpful staff. Good location with lots of food places around. Hotel is a little dated, with some paint peeling, but beds were very comfy, bathroom was clean and well equipped.

As a woman traveling alone, I was extremely happy with the safety of the hotel and the cleanliness of my room. The staff were amazing and answered any questions or concerns that I had. I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff are the worst. On arrival 6 members of the staff were all smoking next to the front door and had to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter. They made no attempt to move or care. Asked multiple times for towels and was told to come down and get them myself. No USB ports. Dirty bathroom. Manager was absolutely garbage and unpleasant to the point i called Hilton group to ask if the service level they were providing was the standard they set. Of course, it was not and the group contacted the hotel. Staff was still rude. Breakfast is 3 microwaved trash options, no juice or drinks. I could not recommend less. Here on business..multiple ppl had issues w their accomadations so the hotel manager suggested not to come back. ?

Great hotel if you are looking to stay in the area. Was clean and not too expensive. Updated bathroom and nice shower. The breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfast. One night we easily went into the city for a pirates game and back. Wasn't too far at all.

I recently made the mistake at staying at a couple of places that were not Hampton Inn. It illustrates how well appointed Hampton Inns are, I will never stay anywhere else.The kindness of coffee, tea, when you you walk in. Everyone is always kind. Breakfast is great.I love Hampton Inn

Nice, clean room. Didn't have time to take advantage of the pool. The breakfast was decent, waffle makers always are a great option! The bed was one of the most comfortable ones I've slept in....definitely more comfortable than my bed at home.The staff were very warm and friendly.

Carpet in the room needs a thorough steam clean... I walked barefoot on it and had some kind of film on my feet. The breakfast could have more options like juice and some breakfast

Front staff Very incompetent, Wife accidentally left Wedding ring on bathroom sink as we were rushing to get somewhere on time & we know 10000% that the ring is on the sink… front desk said no ring was found & house keepers decline they saw one.. 100% thieves & front staff was absolutely horrible to us our entire stay! .
