I had initially visited this location to begin the training for my new place of employment. I was unsure where the conference room was and was not sure where the employers were set up. Once initially greeting the front desk agent, and asking the whereabouts of the employers, I had been met with a blunt attitude with a disrespectful tone. It turns out that I had the wrong location to where my trainings were being held - it happens. I just wasn't expecting to be met with such a level of disrespect when only requesting simple information.

Great location, hockey team stayed in as the Ice Rink is in walking distance. Small pool, nice breakfast spread with plenty of seating. Suite room was plenty of room for 3. Staff was nice and accommodating.Rooms: Nice size suite for 3 as the couch pulls out. Desk and TV separate the room. Nice wet bar area.Walkability: Next to Alpha Ice Rink, was convenient as the Ice Rink parking was packed.Food & drinks: Breakfast buffet was over the top with many choices. Omelets, waffles, French toast stick, cereal, sausage, juice, coffee and fresh fruits

Great hotel! Extremely convenient location with regards to restaurants. Service at the hotel is fantastic. Breakfast was hot and area was clean. Fitness center was clean (it was cold but I was able to adjust the temperature). Bathroom downstairs near Fitness center was clean and warm. No complaints! ?

Unplanned stop for us on our travels but this is a nice hotel. Clean and tidy. Friendly and Helpful staff. Nice big clean room with a comfy bed. Clean bathroom .Eateries right next to it or you can go further out to get food.

We brought our son up to this hotel to stay over night before his golf tournament at Willow Brook country club. We wanted to avoid a long early morning drive and allow for him to get a restful nights sleep. The room was spacious, the hotel has a putting green which allowed him to relax a little. The hotel is amazingly clean and the staff was amazing. The breakfast is a perfect combination depending on what you need to start your day. I gave this hotel all five except for one four. We were staying here to get a good nights rest and for the most part we did. My only complaint was the noisy bed. It made awful noises each time we moved in it. Waking us up each time. So the sleep was disturbed by the noisy bed. Otherwise a great stay.Rooms: The rooms and hotel were beyond amazingly clean and our room was spacious.Nearby activities: The Oakmont bakery is just down the road as well as malls and many shopping areas… and some of the nicest golf courses in the area.Safety: We arrived back at the hotel after dark and the parking lot was very well lit. The parking areas for the hotel were all very accessibleFood & drinks: Breakfast was good. There was a nice variety of hot and cold foods. The front desk was also extremely helpful in recommending good restaurants for dinner. Definitely take their suggestions.Noteworthy details: Amy was amazing! She gave us amazing suggestions for dinner and even upon noticing the amount of stuff we were coming in with changed our room to be more accommodating. She went above and beyond to make our visit great!

Convenient location with lots of food options around and close to the highway. Awesome staff, no matter what shift! The rooms are nice. I only gave 4 stars because the bed was not comfortable and it hurt my back. The hotel was sold out. So I was not able to change rooms. Other than the uncomfortable bed, the place was very nice!

Probly best Hampton I been in and Hampton are good they had real glass in the room this was few years ago may be different now very accommodating to needs was a stressful trip for me very relaxing to be in room home away from home !

I stayed there for 4 nights, we rented a total of 7 rooms for a family event we hosted there on Saturday. I had to do the planning from out-of-town and their Sales Coordinator and front desk employees during our stay were wonderful. The hotel was perfect for what we wanted. Admittedly, the price was a little high at first glance, but honestly, it ended being worth every penny. The King suites were real suites with plenty of seating for gathering. The hotel was quiet, breakfasts were fine, employees were responsive whenever called upon. Even the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean at check-in. Facilities downstairs were clean, comfortable. Have outdoor fire pits for evening sitting that were really an unexpected nice amenity. Small putting green where you can clubs from the front desk and while not provided by the hotel, a Starbucks about 100 feet away. :) I will stay here again when I return to Pittsburgh to visit family in the area.Safety: We felt very safe, lot was well-lit, area was not a concern.Noteworthy details: We rented the Oakmont room for the day. The Sales Coordinator and staff were helpful, friendly, professional, and it was a pleasure to work with them. Our event was a Celebration of Life service, they made everything much easier for us.

INCREDIBLY clean rooms. I'm talking baseboards spotless, remote/tv not a speck of dirt, bathroom scrubbed. The whole hotel smells great- just things you don't normally see too often. Bravo and much appreciation to the cleaning staff.Ky at the front desk was friendly, and professional.Breakfast had a lot of great options.My 1 night staycation was great, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.Thank you!Rooms: Very clean, and comfortable.
