Worst experience maybe because of my ethnicity I wasn’t treated like a customer once I spent my money, it was like me calling because I was told my order was a one day turned into 3 the day I worked at the mall I was trying to pick up my sons first birthday outfit but needed it early bc I could understand sizing on site so I went to the Ross store just close the store at this point they don’t carry anything on hand nothing needed was in my reach and to wait for 3 days and it was supposed to be 1 day then I called Saturday morning because the clothes didn’t fit my baby I asked if I could get a smaller size i wasn’t trying to return my items I loved them but the fact they didn’t mark my package as delivered to store seem like fraud and then I sat on the phone for two weeks straight trying to get in touch with David who helped me the manager is a women well that’s what she told me called a lier and told I couldn’t return the items until she spoke with David I’m that makes no sense I wanted to get them before they sold out on line and to be talked to crazy and treat as if I stole the merchandise is absurdly unreal and this is all about how I look now it’s 15 days & I still haven’t gotten my money back and I don’t recommend any ethnic supporting the Ross park stole waste of time after I spent my money I wasn’t able to send them back because the store wasn’t helping and I place the order in store I called today and not only did I pay with a debit card now I’m being sent a check I was reordering now I Dont want any thing like this is crazy when all I wanted was to get my first child something nice for his first birthday which only happens once thanks for messing that up for me like seriously don’t buy anything in store I promise it’s the worst experience

Pittsburgh’s Gucci store at the Ross Park Mall is amazing! Employee’s are very helpful, get at giving design suggestions, and made the whole shopping experience wonderful. I was helped with finding my item, offered me a drink of water while I waited for my wallet to be packaged up. I will be buying again from this store often!

Jake is wonderful!!! I took my bag and wallet in to be refurbished. He has kept me informed every step of the way and has answered all of my questions. He’s shown me several items that I’m interested in and is never pushy. I just have to decide which one to get!

Over the years I’ve managed to immerse myself in a bit of what the world has to offer. In each corner you can find what various regions specialize in, even here in Pittsburgh. I have a car and video games from Japan, get French pastries from a local bakery, and tried incredible wine on a trip to Greece. Have a craving for fashion? Now you don’t even need to travel across the Atlantic to Italy, only to the center of the North Hills. Gucci, the high end luxury retailer from Florence, is the newest store to open in Ross Park Mall. Occupying 5,000 square feet on the lower level, you’ll immediatly noticed its size when approaching the entrance. Small window displays give you a peek at what’s ahead, and floor-to-ceiling windows reveal an open and well lit environment. While they don’t carry everything the fashion house has to offer, they keep it simple by showing the essentials like shoes, purses, sunglasses, suitcases, fragrances, and their specialty: leather goods including belts, bags, and wallets.Being the opening weekend it was busy with all types of shoppers who wanted a glance at the Italian designer’s only shop in the whole tristate area. I was almost immediately greeted by one of the numerous employees, all decked out in suits or some other eye catching Gucci attire. No jeans and lanyards here! He was kind enough to show me some of the wallets I was gazing at, including some of the latest styles released. Without hesitation he enthusiastically described the process they use to get the leather in such fine condition with a unique texture, very informative! I especially enjoyed the new blacked out logo model and one with a snake wrapping around the front. As your standard ‘starving artist’ I’ve never been in the market for items so beyond my budget, yet I still appreciated the chic space and product designs. I’m afraid my good old worn-in RayBans will continue to suffice for years as my favorite Italian made item, haha! I also inquired about testing samples of some of the cologne, but was told they only had the one bottle size on hand and no samples. Two others asked how I was doing throughout my visit, so don’t worry about finding adequate help here. Overall, a nice experience and worth the stop if you’re in search of the most sophisticated looks in the ‘Burgh.
