I am extremely disappointed with Greentree Animal Clinic, especially since they opened their Bridgeville location. The level of care has declined drastically. My dog passed away in February, yet I recently received a postcard in the mail, notifying me that he was past due for his annual appointment. No call, no personal outreach—just a generic postcard.
If you provided better care to your patients, you wouldn’t need to do this kind of impersonal outreach. People like me would return if we felt cared for. My dog had heart failure, and we were at the clinic frequently. Yet, at every visit, I had to repeat the list of medications that *you* prescribed. To make matters worse, I was met with shameful looks from staff when I mispronounced a medication name. Here is a thought.. look at his records?!
This lack of professionalism and compassion is unacceptable. The owners should be ashamed. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Greentree Animal Clinic is a wonderful organization. Each and every person that works there is kind and passionate about what they do. I am thankful that my animals have always been well taken care of.

Been going here for 4 years....has been great ...vets staff..and ladies at desk....but am upset today ...called prednisone in yesterday go call afternoon..went to pick up today closed today and tomorrow of course Sunday and I work Monday...why couldn't the person yesterday tell me of closure.???..My dog needs medication..Lady on phone knew I was upset..Called me mam and told me not to talk to her like that....I didn't say nothing bad but told her it took 2 .more words to tell me CLOSED TOMORROW..ITS NOT FOR ME ITS FOR MY DOG BAD LEGS...

The staff, vet techs, and doctors are absolutely amazing here. We just saw Dr. Brown today for my dog’s check up and he is such a kind, empathetic doctor. Dr. Brown made sure I understood everything about my dog’s health and it’s so evident that he truly cares about his patients and their human companions. I’m so grateful my dog has access to such amazing doctors who put their heart into their work. Thank you Dr. Brown (and Dr. McCune) and all of the amazing staff at Greentree.

I wasn't going to review, but since I've read some of the other reviews, I decided to.
I think the staff's approach and policies overall could be improved. This place is a business and can feel impersonal and transactional at times. They have strange policies and are happy to enforce them. From late fees, making you visit a different location for some reason, to the fact that only your main vet can make decisions for your pet, some things seem designed as painful, inconvenient, little ways for them to make some more money. A good vet would recognize that sometimes you will need to have a backup vet look at your data and decide something on their behalf. And why send us to another location without giving us context or an explanation? And as far as late fees go, any good business should forgive something like that if you've been on time and loyal for years. Loyalty and community isn't something they seem too proactive about here.
My favorite vet clinic was jam packed busy in a small town but everyone there were lifelong customers and loyal to their bones. Everyone knew each other and the vets and staff were highly communicative and attentive. They'd even do a little walk through of the lobby during their busiest hours to make sure everyone was okay and just to check in, like a pre-visit chat. Kindness was written on the walls, in everything they did. We trusted them to really take care of our pets and they did. That's what I'd hope for from a vet.
In any case, this place is 3 stars. Pretty standard, not outstanding. I'd love to see improvements. It's too much work to shop around for other vets, so for now we will stay here.

I had to put my cat asleep 10 days ago at the emergency vet because it was a Sunday. The following day I was forced to leave a voicemail at GAC to cancel my pet's upcoming annual visit and relayed that I had to put my cat down. After 5 days with no reply from GAC, I called and spoke with the front desk to cancel my other pet's upcoming appointment and confirm GAC's receipt of my voicemail. The young lady confirmed that the appointment was no longer on the schedule, so the voicemail was received. I have been taking my pets there for 20 years and not one person reached out to me to ask what happened. Don't call me now, I won't answer the phone.

I’ve been going to Greentree Vet since we moved to PA in 2017. They are professional, trustworthy, honest, and take time to answer my questions and concerns. Dr. McCune and Dr. Brown (and Michelle!) truly care about my pets and their wellbeing. We come all the way from Butler to continue to see this practice so it’s safe to say I’m confident they’re getting the best care possible!

Dr Brown has always been our vet when we go and been amazing. However when my previous Nova was sick we saw Dr. Yo and she is amazing as well. Unfortunately Nova passed away….Dr. Yo was THE KINDEST from beginning to end. Nice to know there is multiple awesome vets here.

The vets and the staff are the sweetest people. They take time to answer your questions and explain what they're doing. I've had a pleasant experience every time I've taken one of my cats to them.

I have taken my cats to Greentree Animal Clinic for many years and have never had a complaint. The staff is friendly and competent and the medical providers treat my pets with great care and respect. They always explain their recommendations and I am always comfortable in our interactions. I would highly recommend Greentree Animal Clinic.

The Vets and front desk staff were absolutely amazing! They gave me updates throughout the day of my cat’s dental procedure and followed up the day after to make sure he was doing well. I was nervous about cost, being that he needed a lot of work done, but it ended up being less than their low end estimate. Very happy overall, would highly recommend ?

Always accommodating and the staff are all very friendly. Easy to get an appointment and very responsive to questions and getting you in on short notice if needed for your pet. Dr. Kelly is the best
