Honestly and unfortunately a terrible experience here at Graceland Automotive. I was told they would be working on my car for 10 days before they were finished. That turned into 2.5 months. Every week, they told me they would get it back to me the following week. Every week there was another excuse. When I went to check in person, there was no one working on any cars. Just a room full of vehicles collecting dust. Joe had said they would help with rental fees since it was their fault and then retracted that promise after they released the car back to me. It was also filthy when I got it back. I could not recommend going here less. Except Mindy at the front desk was always kind. The one saving grace at Graceland. Overall not worth your time. Please choose elsewhere.

Graceland has had my car for over 6 months. 2 months ago they falsely collected payment from my insurance company and never once called me to tell me they were doing so. They tried to dupe me by clearing my check engine lights instead of repairing the mechanical problems with my car that persisted after the accident. They've tried to defraud me and my insurance company both for months. Take your car somewhere else. This place is run by serious crooks. They don't even have repair techs on staff. They outsource repairs and know so little about cars that they tried to tell me my wiring issue "would have totalled it" even though I was adamant that those issues be fixed when I dropped the car of in AUGUST. ITS NOW MARCH

Needed repairs on my Honda Accord and took it to Graceland Automotive, which was recommended to me by Geico. They accommodated me promptly, and when one part was on a three-month extended backorder from Honda, the folks at Graceland were engaged with a sense of urgency to try to get the part in as soon as possible and get the repair completed. In particular, Mindy and Joe were responsive, attentive, and always absolutely professional, getting back to me with updates and keeping me assured that someone there was actively managing and on top of the situation. Of course you don't want to have to get car repairs done -- but when you do, in the Pittsburgh area, you don't want to take it anywhere else. Thank you Mindy, Joe, and Graceland!Service: Body & Trim

Simply Great to work with, I took my truck to graceland Automotive and was thrilled with the attention and service I recieved. What I thought was a difficult repair they did in just a few days, it was completed on time and they even detailed it inside and out. It looks like brand new.
