The manager seemed so inconvenienced by a lot of shoppers out on a sunny day. Instead of appreciating the extra business and extra good will- she kept walking about obnoxiously smiling and letting everyone know they where closing “in 15 minutes…”. “In 12 minutes” etc. personally saying this to each guest. If you hate your job, please find a new one and don’t ruin my experience next time, please.

The Goodwill on McKnight Rd. is disgraceful. The prices are through the roof and whatever happened to the quality of everything.... clothes are rags and housewares are junky . Most of the inventory should be in the dumpster.Are you selling the good inventory online, etc . ???????????You should put the DVD selection on upper shelves and lower the prices of them. You can't see the titles because of low lighting.You can buy a lidded glass jar at Dollar Tree for 1.25. In Goodwill it's 2.99 or more.

Sometimes I find something not marked up and I'm happy. But the employees are truly awful. One said excuse me and pushed me out of her way. I almost fell to the ground. I'm older and that could of meant a trip to the ER. The young girl at the register told me that it's ok and that they employ people with behavior issues and basically treated me like a Karen. Oh I do y be back. Teach manners.

Monday is senior day at Goodwill (25% off) so my mom wanted to come. She found home items in good condition she was happy about. I didn't find anything. I was looking for sweaters and there were barely any. Seems like their summer cloths were still out. Maybe Monday isn't a good day to go after the weekend rush.

I like this store a lot and frequent it. But you guys got to do better about tape. Stop using tape over painted items. It rips all of the details off. Please be mindful when pricing things with tape and also wrapping things in so much tape. It pulls gold leaf off of glassware immediately it pulls paint off plaster wear lamps immediately. If I see tape on any items it stops me from buying it and I'm sure others feel the same way. Please put price tags where they belong on the bottom of things. If you want to use tape to hold a lid on securely or something like that, use painters tape, the blue stuff.

I was at the midnight road store in Pittsburgh on Sunday at around noon. I picked out about $150 worth of merchandise. $75 of it or so was in thermals and long sleeve shirts for winter. I set the shirts next to the register. Wrong out my plate and few other items and didn't get the shirts run up. I told the cashier about it and I was left with silence for about 2 minutes. Then I was told I need to get back in line which was 10 people long. I waited almost 20 minutes in a three person line which nobody really had anything in those three people and now the line was 10 people long and they had a bunch of stuff. I I would have been in line for well over an hour turn now I think that's

It’s okay. But the one employee dude called my friend over to check out, yet he continued to stand there on his phone, typing. Why call a customer over to check out an yet stand there on ur phone while the customer is waiting?

First time shopping here. I found so many cool things. They have everything here ,priced to sell . Collectibles ,clothes,jewelry,toys.Steeler and penguin items. Also shoes, purses wallets. Even electronics and some furniture . I got a cool pineapple lamp for 2 bucks . Also found a few antique items. Definitely worth a look
