Not a huge goodwill but quality stuff. I'd say better quality than others in the city. Prices are a little higher to reflect that but I've found some good stuff here, parking is tough but that's just the nature of the location

Smaller location but clean store and helpful staff. This place has a smaller selection compared to other Goodwill stores but they seem to also have a decent turnover rate for what they sell so a follow up trip a few days later may net you something you want.

One of the smallest goodwills I have been to but it was ok. The prices are higher at this one and more things are individually priced instead of being priced by type. As far as what they have, there is mostly clothes, shoes, glassware/ ceramics, and books. The rest have smaller sections on the shelves.There is no parking lot so you have to pay park on the street or park somewhere else and walk. The staff were nice and answered any questions I had. If you want to give donations then you have to go behind the building where you can walk in and drop things off. There was no one there so I just walked in and placed my items in the labelled boxes.

Overall, the employees are friendly my rating is based on the quality of the items I went in to purchase specifically, shoes. My boys and I needed shoes for walking. Every pair I picked up barely had any tread on the soles. I don't know who would buy worn out athletic shoes. I looked for athletic wear and there was a very small selection. The store is packed with clothes. I'm sure many items would be a blessing to some but for us we NEEDED athletic walking shoes. Staff is friendly and shoppers are kind.

Staff is nice. Usually have a good selection of clothes, decent selection of house goods. Two dressing rooms. Usually play nice music too.

compared to other goodwills i’ve been to, the items at this one are a lot better quality. the prices are a little higher but i didn’t mind as much since i didn’t have to sift through a bunch of poor quality stuff.

No parking unless it's along the street and pay to park with electronic parking meter. Pittsburgh is a stupid city and terrible place to shop!

I was at your Centre avenue store today to purchase a monthly bus pass . Doug was friendly and personable but the assistant manager Chris Czeren came out of the office to check to see if I actually paid for it. I guess he is still upset about the complaint I filed against him and John. Not cool. Stormie

Today I learned the hard way that this Goodwill is now making cashiers not allow you to buy an item if the tag is gone. I had $50 of items and one item out of 10 didn't have a tag and the cashier had to take the item away from me to send back to be priced another day. I don't get this kind of policy. Surely a manager or a longtime cashier can handle this task. Goodwill gets items for free and now the cashie's will have to deal with unhappy people and losing sales. Stupid. One star store because you could go in and the one thing you want happens to be missing a tag and you won't be able to get it. That's no fun and adds upsetting situations that don't need to happen.

One of the front store associates outstandingly amazing! Helped me smiled the whole time. She had pulled her phone out not even to check it and the manager Kris came up to her and proceeded to say "you and that phone must have a good relationship cause you're always on that thing" there are proper ways to speak to your associates especially in front of customers also stared me down and shook his head giving me alot of anxiety. I feel so bad for the associate that needed to make sure things were okay..it had no effect on her work please treat the employees better!!
