I started getting flowers from Gidas when I was an undergrad at Pitt nearly 20 years ago. I've tried other florists in Pittsburgh and none have ever been as high quality or affordably priced. And I just was able to use Gidas for the flowers at my wedding. Everything was done beautifully and at a reasonable cost.
Also, as a dude, I have frequently gone in there with a set price and just let them create a bouquet. They have always been stunning.

As a 3rd generation customer ( Im 65 and my Grandparents used to use Gidas also) of Gidas, once again the arrangement of roses they put together for me to be sent to my wife was 100% PERFECT. Gidas has NEVER let me down. I cannot thank you enough. From the ease of ordering and the kindness of the person I talked to on the phone, the VERY QUICK delivery and the BEAUTIFUL arrangement of the roses made this yet ANOTHER PERFECT encounter with Gidas. I picked my wife up for lunch yesterday and the smile on her face was priceless, as she was so happy for the surprise of the roses I sent her for our 20th wedding anniversary. Gidas Flowers IS and ALWAYS WAS the best.

Very disappointed with the One and Only flower arrangement ordered online for our daughter. The arrangement was very sparse and did not have half the flowers shown on the website. Pictures of what I ordered vs what was delivered. I will say the flowers were fresh and delivered same day, but not worth the price.

Very nice flower shop. I ordered corsage and I was able to pick it up same. Beautiful arrangement. They listened and did exactly what I ask for. I am very satisfied for their excellent work and wonderful customer service.

We used Gidas flowers as the florist my wedding in September 2024. I no almost nothing about flowers, but Laurie and Amy were very helpful in helping me decide which flowers and greenery to use, what kind of design/ aesthetic we wanted, and what other floral decor we would need for our venue. They also kindly endured all of my questions and concerns. Come day of, they did a great job setting up and designing the boutonnieres and bouquets and needed no supervision at all. I didn't have to worry about them which made for a stress free wedding day. Would highly recommend to any future bride!

Thank you so much to Gidas Flowers for making our special day unforgettable. The flowers that we ordered were stunning, but I ended up spending a little more than I wanted to. However, the staff was great. They were able to accommodate a couple of special requests that we had in order to ensure we got what we wanted. The consultation, ordering, and picking up process were very easy and flowed seamlessly. Thank you again!!

Beautiful floral arrangements at a reasonable cost. I had no idea what I wanted other than a general color scheme, and the consultation appointment was so helpful. They offered ways to work with our budget, as well, which was appreciated. Great experience!

We had them do our wedding in a very short time since we were getting married quickly. They were efficient and never put any stress on me, all while being supportive and wonderful. When I went in for my consultations they were extremely helpful and made my decision making and job SO EASY! It was one of the best experiences I had throughout my wedding planning process. They were very receptive to my ideas and thoughts, while also giving options and their own expertise that would help bring my dream to life! After seeing the example centerpiece, and the flowers on the day of I was completely blown away. With very little direction from me and mainly just explaining what I wanted, they made my wedding look like a fairytale! They communicated with me frequently to make sure that we were on the same page and they had everything I wanted as well, which was nice to not have to worry about double checking with them myself! I would recommend them 10/10 times. Extremely easy to work with, high quality flowers, beautiful centerpieces and the kindest and most supportive people! They will make your dreams come true!
