Decently Air Conditioned. Foods won't spoil before you get through Checkout. Unlike Shadyside Market District. However. Make sure you check your meats. Example: Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage packages. Nice pink / red coloration. Fresh. Compare to the other packages of Hot Italian Turkey Sausage. Which have all spoiled already. Brown discoloration. Aged texturing. Like they are spoiled already.

Always very clean and well stocked. Very good customer service. I make it a point to try to find a manager to let them know what a great job their team members are doing. Whether it's the front cashier, pharmacy or the person bringing in carts, everyone is nice. I truly appreciate the job they do.

15 people waiting at the checkout line and zero self checkouts are open for use, instead they’re closed forcing people to wait 10minutes at a regular checkout. Terrible

This I have a name for almost every Giant eagle in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania in this particular Giant eagle I'll call the special Giant eagle mostly everybody who worked there been working there for years I want I don't want to say names but there's a particular lady there that works at customer service is just as many as she can be show me nobody no good and I mean that then on top of that the prices at East Giant eagle are different and I can prove it it just depends on what neighborhood you in and what you particularly want so the one in Penn Hills and the one in squirrel Hill have the cheapest fruits and vegetables actually but everything else is high-priced I don't think they really care who they hire because that particular Giant eagle the one in Penn Hills I'm telling you if you're having a good day please don't stop there and if you do go there just get what you got to get and leave please don't expect no kind greeting please don't expect anything other than getting get out I know it's sad that is very true in my opinion you'll be better off going to Aldi's here in Penn Hills then that giant eagle
