They have the worst customer service there. The employees never honor the sale prices the policy is GE have a sale price that they forgot to pull the tag. The have to give it to you for the sale price and or give you the product and a refund because they didn't pull the tag. Well according to Amy who works in customer service, I was look like if I was stupid and just refund my money. I wanted the product for the sale price

Rude and unprofessional check clerks. I dont use physical cards because they are less secure and can be skimmed. There was a huge scam of card skimming going on in the Giant Eagle in Cleveland. Their system didn't accept my digital payments which is fine. I don't mind taking my business elsewhere but no need to rude about it it's very clear these people assumed because I wanted to use electronic payments and my car kept getting declined due to the Giant Eagles system thinking it's fraud that I didn't have money and they made rude comments to other customers like "never trust digital payments" in a rude tone no. Never trust human beings that's how you get your information stolen and skimmed. Its okay to be unhappy with your life but don't bring into work. I got into my $60,000 mustang and drove to target.

Worst place ! Over priced and the workers there does not what to work ! You suck please close shop it looks like no one wants to work there
There is no one around ! The manager is no where to be found customer service area is empty !
I will drive 15min to go some where else now

First time in Pittsburgh and to this chain. Impressive is the word to describe the staff, store and prices. Wish there was Giant Eagle in the south!
