This review is based on mine and my mom's experience with Missy at the curbside pickup. Twice that I have dealt with her on the phone, and when my mom has dealt with her when picking up groceries, she is always so sweet and nice. If only all people that work with the public were as great as her! Give that girl a raise!

Giant eagles are all ok, but that's about it. I am slightly surprised they are so popular as they are insanely expensive compared to other supermarkets. I try not to shop there due to this fact. Update; still expensive. Follow for more ...

Experienced the worst customer service ever here the other week. Karen treated us so rudely at the customer service counter and had a very condescending tone towards us. A lot of reviews comment about the rude staff and it is all 100% true. I would rather go somewhere where they treat customers with respect over lower prices.

This is probably the worst Giant Eagle in the region. Recently, I have come in before 8a.m. where nothing is stocked not fruit or any meat- coolers are empty. Furthermore, there produce section is deplorable with old rotten berries for sale and granny smith apples having bruises and damages all over them at $2.49/pound. Everytime I stop by, I am thinking something is wrong just that day...but its all the time where their selections are less than other stores for some reason other than having a wine & spirits store within the building is their only redeeming quality.

After searching for a particular item at 2 other Giant Eagles, I ended up at the Camp Horne location, went to the service desk who directed me to the nicest guy named Jacob, who checked if they had it in stock. It was in stock and Jacob took me to the exact area the item was located. Thank you Jacob even with your mustard costume on, 7-3-24, you were extremely helpful. 5 stars for your customer service.

A wonderful clean and bright and diverse grocery store with a produce section alone that is as big as some whole city grocery stores. Beer section is nice and handy, but a little small for selection. Nice large bakery with beautiful cakes and large selection of donuts... but no single serve cookies (but nice variety of multiple packaged cookies). Wide aisles of the standards with lots of options, including a gluten free section. Friendly and helpful store staff. Great place.

Nothing more annoying than having to wait in a 15 min line with two items because they chose to close self checkout at 8pm. Real fun.

Meanest, most bitter white women in leadership. They talk to and treat black people like they don't know any better. Manager with all that black eye makeup and short blonde tips talks crazy to people, and customer service window is a joke!
