The cashiers at this store are the slowest on the planet. They are always talking amongst themselves or having a relatively long conversation with a customer. I want to support this store but it is impossible to get in an out of this store quickly, even in the express lane. I would never buy all my groceries at this store and I'm considering just going to Penn hills GE or Get Go when I need something quick. At least they have self check out.

The worst part of my personal experience here is the lack of any speed concerning checking out customers. 5:30 pm on a Friday with 4 lines open. 11 employees in sight and no one opens another line or assists the cashier with bagging. I blame the managers who are not addressing this. When this store opened it rivaled any other store. WHAT HAPPENED??? I actually drove past other stores to come here (Shakesphere and Centre Ave Market Dristict) today. To the OWNER: please do something.

This place has the slowest and most rude cashiers in the world! I'm a veteran and have been to many countries and this place is by far the worst place to shop in the world! Slow does not do it justice! Zombie cashiers would be better!

This is by far THE WORST GIANT EAGLE, I have EVER BEEN TO. Pharmacy, rude, accusatory as per, "did the same person wrote these scripts"????? Are you serious?? Look at the script pad. Customer service is a joke. They close extremely early and act as though they r doing you a favor serving you. I assume the store manager in the evening, LEROY DANIELS........ Refused to help me cash coinstar because it was 5 mins to close when I got there. If I knew I was going to have such a problem or that the store closed early I would have gone somewhere else. Corporate needs to clean house, it's disgusting. Please listen to Szczecin
