Hi, I just went to the Pharmacy the last 2 days, your Pharmacist MAC is wonderful I have to say he was so helpful in getting my special pre cataract surgery eye drops for me! He was patient, apologetic, because I had to wait, and very sweet and friendly!!! He even corrected a mistake. My son also thanked him yesterday upon our return, for helping out his mom! Thanks "big Mac"! ?Your company needs more nice guys like him! Thanks "big Mac" Saved me $$$

Wouldn't trust my prescriptions to any other pharmacy. Plus everyone is so very helpful and kind!

This pharmacy looked at my out of pocket prescription costs that came to a couple hundred dollars , then without being asked they looked for online coupons that brought my balance down to 40 dollars saving me literally hundreds. I can’t speak for all of them , but the Rodi road pharmacy ( Giant Eagle), and the Edgewood Towne Center locations , are equally excellent. No complaints here.

Reasonably reliable service but reduced two stars because:A) No drive thru serviceB) Sometimes impossible to reach a pharmacy employee on the phoneGiant Eagle’s way of getting you to enter the store and purchase other items besides your prescriptions.

I like the market district stores more than the regular ones because they have a bigger selection of items plus pizza fresh baked and a big seating area. The store is always well stocked and staff friendly

No one picks up the phone. I have been on hold for 1 hour until I give up. How do you supposed to reach them if you have questions about your medications? If your Dr calls for a prescription over the phone, they won't never have it ready until you stop to pick up your medication.

They still advertise they are open 24 hours meanwhile they are open less then your average restaurant. But it’s only been about 2 years since covid and at the speed the rest of the staff moves it’s understandable. Their pharmacy moves about as fast as pond water and their Starbucks is usually out of everything or they also move so slow you might as well drive to Tarentum and pick it up, it’ll probably be faster.

The fraze "Friendly Neighborhood Pharmacist" does not exist at This pharmacy. Which is why I transferred my prescriptions out of this pharmacy. The pharmacy techs are pleasant, Not So Much for the Pharmacist

Waited over 18 minutes in the "oh so convenient pharmacy curbside pick up" on hold on the phone. I'm immune compromised so I did not want to go into the Ayotte but here i am in the store and they still haven't answered the phonewant to go into the patna

Tyler was the first employee from a doctors office or pharmacy that actually listened, checked to seeWhat he could do to help and made it happen in less time then I expected. People in the health fields seem to forget that some of the people your assisting areDealing with some major health issues. People like Tyler make all the difference when you feel like your not being heard. I wish I could do more to showMy appreciation to you Tyler. Your a true asset to Giant Eagle pharmacy!!!!

I told the girl that was at the counter that I needed to separate the payments for my perscriptions and she made me overdraft my account then she was like oh well there is nothing I can do she was so ignorant. Then if you can find a cheaper perscriptions on good rx use that because they overcharge for everything they dont care!

I do not recommend this job to anybody especially overnight stock position management is very disorganized they are union so if you have a problem with workers it's automatically your fault very very on organized very very unfair this company overall was very disappointing to work for and I don't recommend anybody to work for them especially overnight

Wait times are 10-15 min for someone to pick up the phone for pharmacy curbside.
