Awful pharmachy wont go back. Took over 6 hours to get a medication filled and was told that it was my fault. Also told that despite what they had printed on my bottle i had no refills. They then said my medications had been filled and picked up the previous day. By whom? Luckily *insert sarcastic eye roll here* they had just been misplaced and I was able to pick them up 6 hours after. My favorite comment though was "its not our responsibility to tell you when we cant fill a medication." Every other giant eagle both before and after this horrible experience will tell me when either a) they dont have enough meds in stock to fill something, b) insurance wont run it yet or c) there are no refills in which case they ask if i want them to contact my doctor. The way this staff treated me was rude and extraordinary disrespectful I will not be returning to this pharmachy ever.
