I'm writing this review to highly recommend this pharmacy..Especially Liz...and her colleague Jack..I had a lapse in my Insurance coverage..and during this 1 month period...my prescriptions were full price...and almost unaffordable...When the next month came again..I was concerned that i would be in the same position as the month prior...but with Liz going way out of her way...and Jack...to find out that i did have the coverage..and saved me over $200.Super grateful!!...and always get top shelf treatment!!...Since the first day i started coming in years ago!!

I has the best experience with online shopping and curbside pickup. At the McKinney lane store. The nicest shopper, Shannon, and the pickup was handled so smoothly by Robbie. What a pleasant way to shop with the nicest people.

Worst experience I just went to full a script for my children and was mocked at the front desk by an individual who was inconvenienced to do her job. I will never utilize this store or this pharmacy again. Rude and ignorant service

This is by far the worse Grocery store around. Inventory is always low or out. The deli is closed in the middle of the day. The shopping carts are falling apart and rusty. Why do other giant eagle (MARKET DISTRICT) have nice new plastic carts? We pay the same high prices here!

Hello Google and peoples of Google,It was a very chilly Wednesday and I needed to get my prescription for my erectile dysfunction. I must please my wife or else she will get frustrated and start spending our retirement funds on antique dollhouses. I am so tired, but I guess this is what marriage is.Luckily, I was helped by a very friendly young lady named Hanna. She was so kind to me even though I realized when I got in the car I was covered in blueberry pancake syrup. I highly recommend this pharmacy. Thank you for your time.Sincerely,Ambrosio X

So to get to this giant eagle you don't actually turn on McKinney you have to turn on the main road which is In a weird industrial area so if the high school is on your right keep going straight and then take your right after it right before the Giant Eagle sign I got so confused my first time and could not find this place to save my life

This was my first time doing curbside pickup with them. We had been doing Instacart during the pandemic but wanted to switch it up (and potentially save some money since Instacart fees can get so high). The process was super easy! You just drive up, park in a spot, call the number on the sign and tell them what parking spot you're in. The actual online shopping process was okay, but definitely pales in comparison to Instacart. The site isn't very user friendly. Plus, you can't follow along in real time as people shop for you. So sometimes you get replacements that you don't really want. I wanted cherry tomatoes and they replaced with two very unripe large tomatoes. I couldn't even use them. I also ordered a large pork roast that I was hoping to get for dinner that night. They didn't have it in stock, but since I didn't know, I was left to scramble for dinner without backups. It's partly my fault because I didn't put in any notes or replacements, so I would definitely say you should do that if you don't want to end up with random items. So those are my pro-tips.

Did curbside pickup didn't get a quarter of what we ordered with no notification that it wasn't going to be included nor was told by staff who loaded it.

just picked up my very first curbside pick up. It was easy, fast and efficient! The young man that brought out my groceries was super friendly! I highly recommend using their curbaide ordering service.
