Worst unloading experience of ever had. They take two pallets off my truck and disappear for 45 minutes in between grabbing pallets. My delivery time was at 9:00 a.m. and I didn't get out of here until way after 2:00 p.m. that's unheard of. These people are lazy I never want to come back here again

Lumper Service is super lazy, appointment was 8:00 am, checkin 6:30am they unloaded very quickly but waiting for lumber and paperwork now is 9:02am they r making money hourly but no value of drivers time. I don’t like this.

It's not a very hospitable place for drivers, everyone communicates with you disrespectfully! I haven't seen this in America, except for this area, I stand on unloading for 5 hours!

This is the worst place that has ever existed, the office workers treat you very badly and get upset when they see the drivers in the office asking for their papers to leave here. This place is garbage.

Place is a joke!!! Checked in at 0100 for a 6am delivery! Make sure you bring a reflective vest with you when checking in, I didn’t and had to walk back to truck to get one before they would proceed with my paperwork. I was called at 515am for door was unloaded fairly quickly and still sitting waiting to pay lumper by phone and waiting for a green light and paperwork ! It’s now almost 9am and still haven’t received anything yet! I’ve been here many times in the past and today has been my longest sitting here waiting for my paperwork and this place ain’t even that busy on this Saturday morning! If you have things to do like I do for today, avoid this place at all costs unless the broker pays you real well! Enough said

They give you the hours that are not to avoid paying the fee for delays of more than 8 hours waiting to unload, I came in at 7 am and left at 3 pm, and they put me on paper to come in at 10:30, and my support It was at 7:30, don't let yourself be robbed

Friendly and helpful guard shack. They will let you in at 1930, but don't begin loading anyone until midnight. Once finished you gotta leave the property. There are a fee extremely old vending machines inside with a bad assortment of snacks, but there is a restroom for us drivers. Ease of process is why 4 stars
