I was abused horribly and discriminated against by multiple employees here. These employees need to reprimanded and trained better. The way they treat customers is absolutely despicable!!

I went into this Getgo today to get gas. First of all I am a paying customer. There was a lady named Susan who checked me out that was the rudest customer service agent I have met at this location. This has not happened once but twice. Apparently I put my card in too quickly but the way she handled it and the way she spoke to me was not ok. Not only did I ask her not to be rude but then she told me I WAS RUDE AND THAT THE SITUATION was all my fault. Mind you she did it with a whole store full of customers and then has the nerve to run outside and scream that my card was declined. After going back in and running the card again it was not declined. I need to speak with the highest person I can because this experience and the one previous is not how you treat customers. These employees are being paid because we come to this store. I will never in my life go to any getgo ever again and I want it rectified. She should not be in a place of customer service if she is not going to give it. The GIANT EAGLE brand to me is not worth the aggravation. You’re supposed to be set apart from the rest and if she doesn’t like her job then she shouldn’t be working there.

My Wife & I like stopping at the "GETGO GAS STATION" on Mt Royal Blvd bc it's an EASY ACCESS to get there. It's right on the MAIN ROAD, but It's NOT ALWAYS easy to get out of there. We stop by for GAS & We like their SELECTION OF SNACKS too. Their GAS PRICES are REASONABLE, but when there's a line to buy, SOME DRIVERS always pull up into the MOST RIDICULOUS angles. "The EMPLOYEES are a GREAT Group of INDIVIDUALS." They ALWAYS ask on how Your Day's going & They want to make sure if You PURCHASED everything You wanted. This "GETGO GAS STATION" is a GREAT STOP if & when You need to make a stop.

I got 70$ gas and then asked if i can use the bathroom and they rudely said No and they said it was not open to public but it was a big Get Go. They know how to give gas to public but they do not have manners and let you use the bathroom.

Pretty average Get Go. It has a typical convenient store - nothing fancy like a Sheetz or the Rt 8 Get Go. Very easy to get in and out if you're just purchasing gas. Lines at the register are never big. Free tire pump with digital readout is available as well.

This gas station is clean, and has a friendly staff. The nice thing is that it is never that crowded, and I have never had to wait to use a pump.
