I was gifted the obsidian with high hopes, but it turned out to be an absolute disappointment. From the very first game, it was evident that the quality was severely lacking. Not only did it feel cheaply made, but it also started showing signs of wear and tear after just a few uses. The most infuriating aspect of this paddle is its propensity to break. I've never owned a paddle that was so fragile. Every time I play with it, I hold my breath, waiting for the inevitable moment when it snaps in half. It's not just a one-time occurrence either; I've gone through multiple paddles from the same gamma sports, and they all suffer the same fate.

Been trying to reach customer support for a couple weeks now, but every time my ticket is created I get sent an email with saying that my ticket has been created with a wonderful link that sends me .... to create a ticket. Going to try calling.

I purchased a Gamma pickleball paddle at a Dick's sporting goods store about two months ago. I'm noticing a wearing out of the edge banding around the paddle. After contacting the company they said they don't cover that sort of wear and tear . I used my first paddle for almost two years before this happened to that paddle . DO NOT PURCHASE A GAMMA PADDLE, THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR PRODUCT. Selkirk here I come ...

Two weeks ago I purchased a Gamma 505 PickleBall paddle. After playing one day I noticed a 2” section of the exterior trim missing. I started a warranty claim and they replaced the paddle within a week. What great service and I must recognize Crixella Jones for an unbelievable fast and professional response. I emailed her a few times and her response was so quick it’s as if she was waiting for me to reach out. Thanks Crixella for helping me through this claim.

Very disappointed the paddle's graphite skin separated from the paddle creating an air bubble on face of paddle. I won't be buying Gammas again.

I returned a paddle to be evaluated for the condition of its edge guard. The paddle was replaced under warranty.Gamma’s Customer Service Representative, C.J., was awesome in her responsiveness and communication throughout the entire process. I was also impressed with the speed with which she addressed my concern.Gamma and C.J. exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

Had cracked a paddle in a tournament, paddle was over 6 months old. Contacted Gamma they took the paddle to see if it was repairable. It was not they replaced paddle under the 1yrs warranty. It was a pleasant experience which is why I’ll stay with Gamma for my pickleball paddles.

I had a crack on my pickleball paddle. Called the company about the issue . Ms Marina Hill contacted me. She helped me with the return and today got a email that me paddle was repaired and it’s on the way . Love this company and there products. Thanks again .

The edge guard on my favorite Gamma Pin paddle cracked during play. The paddle was 3 days short of 1 year old. I mailed it back to Gamma and they gracefully agreed to repair it under the warranty and now it is on its way back. Great paddle and great experience. Gamma honored their warranty. I can't wait to get the almost new paddle back to play with again.

I've enjoyed the Compass paddle and now have 2. There may have been an issue with one which could have been my doing. They immediately serviced and returned it. Excellent service

I contacted Gamma Sports about replacing the edge guard on my Compass pickleball paddle. It was a very pleasant experience and the replacement was done in great time. Thank you for the assistance.
