We originally went to the mall location to buy a ps5 and 2 controllers but did not get (or get asked) for a receipt. one of the controllers didn’t work... it was overall a weird experience at the mall location. we ended up going to this location and lindsay was a godsend. she helped us out a lot and gave us a receipt....
