G&E has beautiful furniture options and I eagerly awaited my new living room suit. The order was delayed and after waiting 6 months I opted to cancel the order and get a refund. I was denied the refund and told they didn't have enough money in the bank to cover it. I eventually had to get bank involved to reverse the transaction. I was very dissapointed in the lack of transparency and extremely surprised by the "generational dishonesty" I experienced.

I put furniture on layaway and when I got it.Oh my goodness. It was of such great quality and did I mention layaway. Y'all go to this store and get your house laid.

The place does have some nice looking things however every little thing will have something wrong with it. also prices seem to change depending on if she feels she can rob you more or if you have money or not. Same items can be found that ashleys for about $500 cheaper and if they think you're interested in the item magically somebody will come in at the same time he's interested...to bait you my opinion stay away

I love, love, LOVE this furniture store. You can find your style in the numerous catalogs they have! Stop going to these cookie cutter, BOB'S cheaply made furniture and give this place a chance. I have purchased furniture from G & E Furniture since 1995. The customer service is great, the quality of furniture is excellent and their time management of delivery is above and beyond! I received my deliveries in two (2) to three (3) days hands down! I also have been granted the opportunity to have some of my center pieces and canvas paintings on consignment there. I recommend G & E Furniture without a shadow of a doubt...hands down!

I have purchased several pieces of furniture from this place and I am very happy with everything. During the time of looking for the perfect furniture, the staff who are the owners, were absolutely amazing, they help you along the way and even give suggesrions. They are very knowledgeable about the furniture and companies that they order through. Perfect white glove service. Furniture is unique compared to local furniture stores here in Pittsburgh and the outskirts. I definitely recommend this furniture store and will always shop there.

love the service! they were very kind, one year layaway, they deliver, and they explained how to pick out quality furniture, that will last, i expecily like it being all family!! that allowed me to feel welcomed, prices were lower than the stores i went into, don't take my word for it look for yourself! they also have over 20 catalogs to look through!! i don't want to have the same furniture everyone else has!! so i can choose my own and they special ordered it. wow the others don't offer that. very satisfied, and i am telling everyone about this hidden secret on penn avenue in wilkinsburg!!!!
