Worst customer service I’ve ever seen
Not one person says hello or may I help you with anything.
I’ve been in this store a hundred times and it’s always the same.
The workers have time to try on clothes and check theirselves in the mirror for 10 minutes while a customer is standing right next to them.
Your workers need trained on customer service or hire better workers.

Usually love Free People. I buy a lot of basics from Intimately here. Not much of a selection in-store. Dressing rooms are unclean. Very claustrophobic. Saw a few spiders crawling in there. The curtains on the dressing rooms barely closed. I would rather just order clothes and return them in-store if I need to. Wish the store was better. Will stick to ordering online.

The representatives at the store are extraordinarily helpful and exceptionally cool. They embody the vibe of the store and I love shopping here.

Absolutely love free people :) always amazing quality + unique. Can’t remember her name but I called this location and the miss on the phone was the sweetest, I got a onesie shipped from their location and I don’t know who packaged it but they did an amazing job!

Wow. Could the two girls working around 6pm on Monday, 11/21/22 care any less about customers or being helpful? Is this just the apathy of this generation being reflected in these two people-skill-less warm bodies or is this the best the retail stores have from which to select?!? Walked in. NOT greeted by thin, taller girl with dark hair. Walked to counter and shorter, more stout girl was face first into her phone screen. Stood there minutes, not seconda. Again NOT greeted or acknowledged. I stood and waited to be acknowledged. Tall girl came back grabbed a box off counter - still not acknowledging me. Blind stare of stout girl behind counter (finally!), and I asked for something that was on hold for me. Rang it up ($169 skirt). Not a thank you for your business in site. District Manager , This store needs your attention! AWFUL. Diappoointing. Indifferent, clueless help. I would have bought more but treatment was insulting. Employees like this lose sales for you! Hire better or go all online. Customer alienating experience. Worst.

I love free people clothing. I order clothes on line. I’ve been in the Ross park mall location several of times. It’s the rude workers I’ve ever seen before. They look at you up down don’t speak. Follow you around the store. It’s shame how your treated. I start going to Nordstrom to shop for my clothing. But when u spend 300 dollars or more they want to give you a smile.

I liked better a couple of years ago when you could find some cool and unique clothes. Now it seems like they conformed and I can't find that uniqueness anymore, which made me sad. It seems like they used make better sales and deals. I don't find anything so special to justify the price. I'm sorry because I really used to love it!

I liked better a couple of years ago when you could find some cool and unique clothes. Now it seems like they conformed and I can't find that uniqueness anymore, which made me sad. It seems like they used make better sales and deals. I don't find anything so special to justify the price. I'm sorry because I really used to love it!

Yesterday, Sunday 2/25, at approximately 4PM I was in this store for the forth time since the holiday, AND this is the fourth time I was not greeted or assisted. I helped myself to the fitting room again this time, and never once did they check on me. NOTHING. This is in stark contrast to the women working at the Bakery Square location who are always so nice and helpful. The two girls working were way to busy talking with one another to be bothered with me and my boyfriend. Awful service. Really awful. To not be even greeted? And let to go to the dressing rooms alone with no help or a single word? I bought something this time but never again going into this store. Please tell them they are sales clerks and need to talk to and assist customers instead of doing nothing and standing around. Awful.

The sales associates here were so kind and the store was very clean, well put together, and decorated beautifully. Definitely the genuine boutique experience
