I was told, this is the place to go for work boots. I was extremely disappointed. This is not a shoe store. This is a clothing store with some shoes. They don't carry much in stock if you have wide feet, like me. I require EEEE width shoes but sometimes I can get away with EEE. But because they didn't have or simply refuse to carry wide shoes, I had to order a pair and hope for the best. I'm on my 3rd day in my new shoes, and am not happy with my purchase, because my left foot goes numb. And because of their "must still look brand new" policy, I know they won't except them back. The second star, is because the employees are polite and professional.

I believe that they used to give a discount for Union members. They no longer do this...that is the only thing keeping them from 5 stars. The employee that I dealt with was very courteous and helpful.

Returned a pair of boots after 2 days because the sole had split. The owner was ignorant just eating ice cream trying to drill me questions. Refused to refund my card and gave me store credit. Thanks for the socks and underwear I guess.

Randy, Noah and CJ all helped me get clothes and work supplies for my son that's taking carpentry at Parkway West Technical Institute this year the clothes are a little bit expensive but they're worth it because their Carhartt and they have a very big selection plus they have boots if you need them to but these three guys really helped me out and whoever owns the store should really hire more guys like them. They were courteous professional and find everything I needed without me having to look everywhere

Blue collar workers dream store. Every brand you know and trust from Carhartt to timberland. They have boots ceramic and steel toes, long sleeve, safety gear, you want they have it!

Wish I could give them zero stars. Don’t ever buy anything here. Bought a 125 $ pair of work shoes that looked like the box was 10 years old, they killed my feet, tried to exchange them the very next day after purchase and they refused to exchange them even though they still have the tags on them….Beware their receipt has in large print a 30 day return or exchange. But then in the fine print it says different. These people are scam artists and thieves.
