I have gone to the Castle Shannon location several times over the years for carpeting, floor tile, and most recently, kitchen backsplash tile. The staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable about the products and services. They go above and beyond to accommodate the customer. And the install staff is also very skilled and quick to get the job done. I highly recommend this company.

i had my spiral stair case carpeted great job and beautiful carpet! floor designs is a very nice company to do business with and they have a lot to pick from great job!

They removed old nasty carpet in my living room, stairs and upstairs landing and installed commercial grade vinyl. Looks like a brand new house. Rob and Sara were both nice to work with. Installers were polite, professional did a great job and Cleaned up after themselves. Very happy.

Very happy with the two purchases that I made. I purchased carpeting for two bedrooms and the installation was timely and very well done. Additionally, they don't try to upsell you. They seem to understand that if they are upfront and honest, you'll be back again. This is the way customer service should be!

Recently had new vinyl plank flooring put in our family room and carpeting in a couple of bedrooms. Very pleased with final results and the crews that did the installations were tremendous. Done quickly but with quality. Price was also great compared to a couple other estimates we had done. Would recommend to anyone looking for new flooring.

The people, especially Jim, were very helpful & directed me to the perfect product for our flooring. They guided me through some of the intricacies needed to prepare for it. The pricing was very competitive & had everything I needed in stock. It was a nice experience and will be going back when I get to the next phases of my projects.
