Pre-COVID was a nice branch. As of now, customer service lacks. No attention is given to the drive thru. There will be 3 tellers and one counter customer and you will sit there for an extended period of time. When you call to comment or inquire on the lack of service. The standard answer is they can on handle one transaction with one person at a time. To clarify. There are 2 people at the desks, 2-3 tellers, and they can only handle 1 person with 1 transaction at a time. That came straight from the branch managers mouth. Drive to cranberry for the same banking needs. Steer clear of this site.
