Went there twice, had the same woman help me. She was too busy messing with fixing the phones for 15 minutes while I waited for her to finish the first time (more focused on that than the line of guests that were coming in), and then the second time I went she closed the wrong account I had...glad I'm switching banks anyways.

I went to do a quick deposit in the drive thru. There was only one lane of two that was open. There was a car ahead of Me. I waited over 10 minutes for the car in front of me to get through the line and there was a car behind me. The second lane of the drive-through opened up and I was able to go over there and I waited there another 10 minutes before I made my single deposit. If I knew it was gonna take that long I would’ve gone into the building itself. Very disappointing

Worst bank I've ever dealt with, there app is out dates. Cant ever get anything done. Will tell you they will take care of something and dont do it.

Love the staff!! They made our transition from Fifth Thirds a lot easier! The bank has a system that has sent emails, (not bothersome in how many) rating my experience so far. It also lets me know what other services are available that are for my situation, not everyone else's. Which I like, because not everyone is in the top 1%..
