I rarely ever go into a branch office since most things can be done online. I visited this Branch today and received outstanding customer service from Trey.

When I bought my home a few years ago, the agent recommended FNB of PA, so I used them. After the loan closed, I found that they did not have a way for me to make payments on my mortgage online. I had to mail checks. That is my first complaint. My second complaint came when I refinanced and paid off the loan. I was concerned because I was being asked to provide a large escrow amount for the new loan when I already had one with FNB of PA and it was almost time to pay Personal Property taxes. I was told not to worry, that I would get a refund from FNB when the loan was paid off. That is not what happened. FNB took $5,000 of escrow funds and applied it to the principal without my telling me lowering the payoff amount. When I called inquiring about my refund, they told me that their policy had changed in September and that they were doing that for all of their loans. I asked if they notified me of their policy change and they said no. You might say that I didn't lose any money in the deal, however I had planned on using those funds for a remodel we are working on and if I had known I would not get the funds, I would have made different choices when I refinanced. I would give zero stars for FNB, but apparently the least I can give is 1 star.

My daughters that are considering the vitamins world ? know that your gelatin should be from organic certified bovine (beef) and/or organic certified porcine (pork). Along with organic dye. And even recycled chic packaging.

I chose to make this my go-to branch due to the very helper teller Haley, who went out of her way to find some potential fraudulent charges in my account statements from the previous year. Besides that, it’s the best branch in the city, hands down.....There’s never a line, the tellers make me smile, the managers are always available, the interior is not depressing, theres always parking, it has a drive thru teller, also free coffee, what else you need?

Friendly staff and assistant branch manager Eric Hallam went above and beyond to help get me my business debit card in a timely manner. Looking forward to their continued assistance.

I wish I could give this bank 0 stars. This is the most out-dated excuse for a financial institution I have ever encountered. Their lack of regard for customer experience and investment in a cohesive digital experience is embarrassing. News flash - you can't continue to operate like its 1995. You will loose if you don't keep up with your customer's expectations for a normal digital experience. My nightmare started when this institution bought my refinance. Setting up an automatic payment is literally taking it back to the 90's, queue Rage Against the Machine. COming from holding mortgages with Bank of America and Pennymac, I couldn't believe the time investment they asked of me... wait to receive a form in the mail, fill it out by hand, attach a copy of a canceled check, mail it back, wait "a month or maybe two" for my automatic payment to be set up. Who the F has time for that sh$t when every other bank allows online set up of a monthly payment. So I skipped this time investment and set up a payment with BoA. All was well until this bank raised my escrow for no clear reason. I adjusted my BoA payment to the new amount but it reverted back to the old amount. I called customer service to see if they had by chance modernization their auto payment set up process but no such luck. So the rep told me to cancel it and set up again which I did. They didnt reeive my payment somehow which is a true mystery to me being that it happened twice even when I read every single number of acct # and routing #s back one by one as slow as I could (not dealing with the brightest here). Do you think they tried to fix this matter with me? NO! They reported a mortgage late instead.. I had impeccable credit and because they are stuck in 1995 and have the worst customer service ever as far as accomplishing what is actually needed of them, my perfect credit has been ruined for 7 years. I would have paid extra interest to avoid this debacle..... Avoid this bank at all costs!!! Filing complaints everywhere I can.

First National Bank committed error after error and held up our closing 3 days past the original, scheduled date. Throughout the loan application and closing, there were 2 employees that quit, which left gaps in the documentation process. This turnover was a clear sign of organizational instability and there never seemed to be an answer for the problems the bank had caused. Our initial loan officer left the bank for this very reason, but we did not come to this realization until it was too late. Without getting into detail of the countless mistakes made by the bank, I advise future home buyers to find a comparable rate at a reputable, customer-service oriented bank. Save yourself the headache and stress of working with Anthony Kesslak and Aaron Miller at First National Bank. My biggest regret in this whole process was only taking the interest rate into consideration and not thoroughly investigating FNB's poor reputation.

The folks here are always friendly. It's not a very busy branch, so there's usually no problem getting in and out quickly. Be warned - during some Pittsburgh Pirate games, the front street is closed.
