As a Local Guide here in Pittsburgh & a member of FCB for 10 years AND a small business owner I feel like I should finally discuss the incompetancies & lack of thought at the GT Branch. And I barely go there. I am all over the place & prefer to use the ATM but their ATM is as incompetent, nonfunctional & unimpressive as the quality of care there.
If they could AT LEAST make their atm work better, Maybe I'd never have wrote this review.
the entire previous review I wrote gets into all the things that I believe should be fixed and my observations throughout the years.
Just to be clear, I have had no issues with my accounts or finances personally, but that's because I'm dope, not them.
Thank God.
If by some weird coincidence something happens to my account, which they've closed down I'm going to assume it's this review.
They've already closed down several savings accounts without telling me before, I hadn't done online banking then & stil ldon't usually surprisngly, that's the 1 THING I keep offline. But still I thought I had 2 savings accounts sitting there, collecting some interest, I come to find out BY ACCIDENT that NOPE they are not active.
The GT Branch needs to be more alert, put some more thought into it especially for loyal long standing customers AND really just try to help more.
Like I said in the previous review, I went to another Branch ONCE and they were more helpful than anyone at the Greentree Branch had been in 10 years when it comes to my money I want to feel like they're looking out for my best interest. Not just skerting by.
Either it's red tape nosnense, incompetency or lack of care but they really do not give a crap about you & you really gotta do their job for them sometimes it seems.
If they just fixed & improved their damn ATM though,
that would be a satisfying start.

Such a bunch of incompetent people work here. I wonder how do these people get hired!! Kathy is worst and so is her manager Tim. No common sense and full of attitude.I’ve been FCB customer for 15+ years, I’m done!! Moving my business elsewhere.

I always get the Indian woman and she always screws something up that Im trying to do! I had numerous incidents and tried calling a manager but they don’t have one! She doesn't properly understand correctly but yet still dealing with peoples money! I called in asking to go away with the paper that comes to my house she told me I had to have online banking which I do but however I cant find that option, she told me look around on the app(you think I didnt try that before calling) anyways, then she told me so you want online banking like whattttt! So I asked to speak to someone else she told me for what then wanted my name (didnt ask my name until this point) when I didnt give her my name she told me how she suppose to get someone else if I didnt tell her my name! Like what is going on! Not to mention last week she randomly canceled both my cards debit and savings when is it going to stop clearly shes not understanding and won’t let you speak to anyone else! Horrible service! I even recorded this lady!
