Was using the ATM to make a cash deposit tonight (June 30) on Grant Street, Pgh. I put in a total of $376.00 and ot didn't register over half of my money. It didn't even register the 100 dollar bill on the currency denominations report.

teller accidentally shorted me 10$, I didn't realize until I got home. They realized the mistake, took the time to email me and apologize, then deposited the funds to my account. excellent.

You should keep your racist remarks to yourself Suz Valentino. I can guarantee you FC did not "bring these people here to pay them less". I have had great service on complex banking matters with one of the "indians" you berated... and he was excellent to deal with. I have been with FC for over a decade... and while their fees for services are a bit higher than PNC, Their service is worth it if you do any kind of complex banking or business banking.

I went into this bank today, as I was talking to the man helping me and an Indian worker came up and said he this man couldn't check something for me. The Indian was wrong he could check[ the man helping me]. Then another Indian worker came up and the two started speaking Hindi, who knows what they were saying. You are an American bank why do you have these savages working there. These are the same people stealing our names and sending them back to call centers, but some American corporations still bring these people here because it is cheaper to hire them If my money is stolen I will make sure this bank pays me back.

Be VERRRRRY careful dealing with this bank - they are borderline incompetent. I have been a client of theirs for more than a decade and the service has plummeted from when I first started using them. Most recently they delayed my closing on vacation home several months and cost me thousands of dollars in damages. If this wasn't bad enough they also charged me 25% more than the other quotes I've got... I was happy to pay the increased fee for a higher level of customer service but they are now no better than the big banks....
