Called for my phone to see if they have a size and a shoe watch from a restaurant that's right across the way girl never moves and then comes back on the phone a minute later and tells me they don't have it.

The staff at this store was so unprofessional three of them stood in a huddle talking no one bothered to ask if we needed help at all. I waved one of down he just looked at me I had to yell can I please get some help over here finally one employee came over. I was buying five pairs of shoes and of course not one of my children sizes were available. Worst experience ever and I won’t ever shop there again.

tried to do the buy online pick up at the store option today and it was a waste of time and gas. i drove to the mall only to find the store lights on like it was open only the doors were locked. no signs about being closed, web site listed the store as open, the store hours 12 to 6 on sunday clearly listed on the store window and the doors were locked.now i have to wait for the finish line clown show to either ship the shoes or cancel the order because i damn sure wont be stupid enough to drive there again

Don’t complain about customers making returns if a product doesn’t work out, even if you think you’re “joking around” by doing it. It’s ghetto and unprofessional. That’s why returns exist. Probably won’t go back here, and like you said, you probably will be going down hill like “Monaca” very soon ?.

Javier helped us out today with shoes. He was great and was able to get my son a pair of shoes that someone else said they didn't have. He was a great help and very friendly. We love coming to this location because everyone is always friendly and the selection is good.
