Very poor customer service! I attempted to reach the store a few times for assistance but the phone just rang. Finally, I was able to speak with a young man who says he was the manager so asked him to see if store had a particular item for me to pick up. The manager put me on hold for several minutes then HUNG UP! Therefore, I will be sure to report the incident to their corporate offices since no customer deserves such despicable behavior when your just trying to purchase merchandise!!

sierra or sarah (which is what i was told when i asked) was so very rude when asking for a pair of shoes and looked me straight in the face when i walked in rolled her eyes and continued to do what she was doing. as i asked her a question for a size in forces she again rolled her and and rudely said you guys were sold out and didn’t apologize or anything turned around and continued to talk to another worker and giggle so i left the store without a pair of shoes. this was a very frustrating time in the store as i have never had an issue here before.

The store was great, people friendly, etc. But I was exchanging shoes and the manager asked another guy to go to the back to get the size I needed and the guy did the slow walk to the back. 10 minutes later, he finally came back. Meanwhile, I saw two other guys go to the back to get shoes and came right back out.

Always good deals, and hassle free returns when one of my sons had both of his shoes ripped in less than 1 week of us buying them.
