Extremely poor purchasing experience. The salesperson was rude and impatient, making my family feel extremely uncomfortable and offended. He was unwilling even to fetch a pair of shoes. Why work in sales if you're unwilling to assist? Despite purchasing today, such a salesperson makes me not want to step foot in your store again.

Was in store with my 2 yr. Old nephew whom I was purchasing shoes for . He was sitting with shoes off waiting to be measured and the young girls at desk totally unacceptable behavior. They were RUDE ! Lazy ! I had to ask if someone would help us ??? They still did not ! So I tossed the shoe on counter by the pile if returned stuff nowhere near the girls and I'm getting my nephew back I'm stroller and his shoes on and another young mean girl came out and basically chased us out of store following me accusing me of throwing shoe at one of them ? COMPLETE FABERCATION! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! my nephew was scared to death ! Never will I return to that messed up place!

The customer service was very bad , the shoe collection is decent but the customer service made felt like I wasn’t welcome I felt no interest in answering my questions and providing me with the shoes that fit my size

My kids are 12 and 13 now and are very particular about their shoes. They wanted Jordan 1's and we went there at just the right time and got them. We were lucky. All the sales associates were so nice and helpful. Gave us tips on getting the right shoes at the right time. My kids are so happy!

My shopping experience was limited in the store as I was only there to pick up a shoe from a shoe raffle. My shoe was ready during the pickup time and it was in perfect condition, not a B grade shoe. I was able to get in and out quickly with my shoe purchase, no issues.
It would be great if finishline offered a curbside service during this pandemic, but I wanted the shoe either way so that wasn’t a huge problem for me.

5 employees. 1 talking to 3 customers. All 5 male employees looked to be between the ages of 18 to 21 and the way they were talking to each other,, very immature. We were never greeted. We were in there for a full 5 minutes before anyone offered us help. We go to leave and a guy walks in. Employees immediately greet him. Girls, don't waste your time. Maybe if we had been male, we would have gotten better service.

10-31-2020 finish line 10amFirst one in the store as soon as they open due to losing raffle for mochas. The worker said show up at 1pm ,3pm, 5pm to have a chance to pick up a pair of mochas that was not claimed.I showed up at 12:59 he told me he had 2 pairs left and that the people called in and will be there to “pick them up in 30 min” past the raffle time.If you want a fair chance at shoe releases DO NOT shop here! Horrible staff that is for sure buying out all the extra pairs and selling for profits of there own. Very disappointed finish line....
