I love this place! The owners are the best .. so friendly and genuine who treat you like friends neighbors and extended welcome family. THIS is exactly the local business we all need to support! I've had massage's with Anna twice now and she does a phenomenal job! She knows how to find the knots and to work them out without leaving you in pain. Would highly recommend this massage therapy group. They do wonderful work.

I booked a couples massage for myself and my boyfriend, his first time having a professional massage. Our experience was wonderful, and Shannon and Anna adapted beautifully to our individual preferences and needs. A great relaxing atmosphere in a wonderfully run family business.The ONLY critique I would have is that I wish the $20 upcharge for evenings/weekends was already worked into the price (discounted for weekday instead of the upcharge) but being a family oriented business, I do understand it.Thank you both for a great experience, we will definitely be back!

My wife and I made a reservation to enjoy a couples massage. This family run business provided a great experience. Both Shannon (professional athlete)and Anna are fantastic massage therapists. The atmosphere was inviting, welcoming and cozy!Our bodies have never been treated so right!Btw, their no nonsense gym looks very well equipped and amazing.Thank you guys! ?We’ll definitely be back!

Anna and Alonzo were absolutely amazing! It was my boyfriend and I’s first time receiving a couples massage and they both made us feel extremely comfortable in an environment where some may feel vulnerable. After the massage we both felt like we were reborn and completely rejuvenated! 10/10 would recommend their services to anyone in the market!!

Great massage! Alonzo (I hope I'm spelling that correctly) was good with his hands as well as funny and personable! He addressed all of my needs and I left feeling all the stress leaving my body. I would definitely like to go back and highly recommend! Like other reviews have mentioned you can hear some music from the gym nextdoor but honestly I didn't find it too disturbing! Thanks again for everything Alonzo!

FSF is authentic. Great coaching, great programming, and great community! Other CrossFit gyms seem to be picky about who they truly accept into their “clique,” and it seems based off of how talented you are when you walk in, especially around the South Hills area. That is NOT the case with FSF. Everyone is welcome and the coaches (as well as the members) will always welcome you with open arms.

I had an awesome experience and will most certainly return. It was our first time doing a couples massage so it was awkward to start out but finished better than expected. I would highly recommend Alonzo to friends and family my husband said Angela was awesome as well.

We had an absolutely wonderful couples massage! Alonzo and Shannon did such a great job catering to our specific preferences with massage and checked in during the massage. They were mindful of prior injuries and massage goals. They also offered us complimentary wine, beer and water! Overall this was a fantastic experience and we hope to return!

Massage was okay. Would have been much better if the facility was different (could hear trap music from gym blasting through wall) and we received all of the services outlined in our massage Groupon (didn't receive the foot scrub/treatment). Staff was nice.
