This was our first time hiring a catsitter and we were reluctant to have someone we didn’t know take care of Cece while we left town for the weekend. I found Fetch and was astonished by their overwhelmingly positive reviews, so I called and spoke to Matt who was extremely kind and helpful in clearly/concisely explaining how their business operates.I told my girlfriend about it and we weren’t sure what to expect but Pam was excellent and super nice! She actually set up a time to come down, meet us at our apartment, say hello to our cat, and ask us everything she needs to know about taking care of Cece before we left. She also sent us pictures every time she stopped in to show us that Cece was okay which is really important to us as her owners.If you’re hesitant about trusting a stranger to care for your pets while you’re away, do yourself a world of a favor and contact Fetch! You will not be disappointed!NOT TO MENTION THEIR PRICES ARE VERY BUDGET-FRIENDLY.

I could not be happier with this company. Matt and his team deliver top-notch service and are accommodating, professional and friendly. I've used Fetch for my two cats several times over the last few years. They both have health conditions and the sitters administer medications and follow specific care schedules with no issues whatsoever. They are caring, communicable, and go above and beyond.

I've used Fetch for 6 years now. The walkers they hire genuinely love dogs. My dogs love them (all that matters for me!). Very responsive and Trustworthy business.

Fetch has been great for us and our dog. John is reliable and communicative, and he leaves us nice notes that summarize the walk (bathroom breaks, wildlife spotted, sticks discovered). We also appreciate Matt's communication and accommodation.

We have been using Fetch since October 2019. I was looking into numerous companies, and Matt was the only one who called me personally and wasn’t generic. You can tell he genuinely cares and is so proud of his walkers. Pat is INCREDIBLE. She texts me daily, calls on occasion, and loves my puppy like her own. I cannot day enough about how incredible Pat is!

I always use Fetch Pet Care. The sitters have been kind and always follow instructions . They send me texts and pictures also. Pat just took care of my 2 cats while we were on vacation. Could not have gone better. Don’t hesitate if you need them.

Fetch! Has been such a trustworthy and awesome service. Our dog sitter Pam, genuinely cares for and spends time with our dog Hodor. Due to our schedules, we sometimes contact Pam last minute to see if she can swing by on unscheduled days or weekends. We are very lucky to have her! Working with Matt has always been such a great experience too! He is responsive and reliable, and we feel that we are in great hands with his company

I have used Fetch for the last 10+ years. When I have traveled I have had the same two people come into my home to care for my cats. I have never worried and whenever I have returned home the cats’ attitudes have been “we didn’t miss you at all“. Beth W has boarded my dogs in her home for the last 5+ years. I typically get a video or two showing them at “Club Med” and I am always amazed at how tired and happy they are when I pick them up. My experience has been that everyone treats my pets like they are one of theirs… Highly recommend!!

We use Fetch for cat sitting when we're out of town. One of my three cats has irritable bowel disease and needs to be fed wet food with medication, so we can't just leave them for a couple of days. Loree took great interest in making sure she knew the schedule for feeding and medication. When we got home, cats were happy and healthy. Definitely happy to use Fetch and have Loree care for our kits!!

After a bad experience with another pet sitting service (dogs were their priority), we discovered Fetch and used them for over a year when we lived in Pittsburgh. What I love about their model is that you get assigned an animal sitter which I prefer so that our cats get comfortable and familiar with one person. Obviously if they are unavailable, Fetch can arrange for a back up.
