You better hope they don't get called for an "emergency tow" if your vehicle is involved in an accident. $720 for a 4 mile tow and 17 hours of storage. Legal robbery I guess.
Edited to add: about the complexity of this tow - it was a small sedan that was drivable and had only headlight assembly damage and dents/scratches to a quarter panel and bumper. The time was around 8pm.

Their central location in Sharpsburg is convenient for business operations without losing a day of work. We also trust only Ferra's for towing my dad's classic cars.

Very picky about car places and I've been going to Ferra's for years. Whether it's an emergency or routine maintenance, they take care of things thoroughly and efficiently every time without ever overcharging. Brian in service is amazing!

Horrible customer service. I was told my truck was about to be done and I showed up 2 days prior to grab some things and it was 2 tone painted due to them not blending the paint. They told me that the insurance doesn’t cover that and they weren’t doing it. (It said right on the insurance paper for them to blend it) They left a dent on the pillar as well which all the panels were on at this point. My insurance agent had to go down and get them to do the job they were supposed to do. Horrible customer service with a very rude staff. Only getting 2 stars instead of 1 because after they got in trouble with the insurance they finally did what they were supposed to do and did a great job. Shouldn’t have to babysit a company that’s been in business this long. They just wanted to collect free insurance money.

They aren't the cheapest... But they are the best. I took my car for an oil change and inspection... Had Brian and his mechanics not correctly inspected my car, there is a 80% chance I'd be getting a new engine. Great service, I was ridden home and picked up when my car was done and the price was reasonable... But the service was superior. I highly recommend. Another great visit

It was absolutely the best towing experience I’ve ever experienced in my life if there is such a thing.The gentleman, by the name of John, was courteous, friendly, willing to do anything that I asked him to do or needed him to do. Not only did he toe me to the dealership I wanted to go to, but he had me sitting in the truck with the heat on in this cold weather and asked me if I needed anything and it was just 100% perfect. I’m from the cranberry Township area, And I wasn’t sure if I had a ride home, And this gentleman offered to ride me home all the way from Etna, Pa. Fortunately, I was able to find a way home with a Rent-A-Car using his advice. I would recommend Ferra’s 1000% to anyone who is looking for a professional, honest garage or towing company.

My Mazda 3's serpentine belt was catching on my tensioner pulley, which led to the serpentine belt snapping. I had the car towed to another repair shop prior to Ferra's, where I was quoted $800. I am by no means a mechanic, but I knew that price was more than a bit inflated. I had the car brought to Ferra's, where the same repair cost me less than half as much as the original bid.Brian, the service advisor, was very friendly an helpful, and so was Bruce, the technician assigned to repair my car. Brian was very communicative and Bruce went the extra mile to show me some additional repairs that I should really start thinking about.I really value honesty and professionalism, and in both of those categories, Ferra's is a 5-star business. I will be using their services regularly from now on.Thanks guys!

My recent experience was superb and it was my first and only experience. I am new to the area and my ‘84 Dodge left me on the side of the road, literally. While waiting for a tow, I called and spoke to Brian. He worked me in and prioritized my diagnostics the very next day. And he fixed my issues. Fair price, even a good price for what they did. Little if any markup on the parts and a fair labor rate. For me and my truck, I am grateful to Ferra’s.

Had a very bad experience with these people , an the police accused me of a wreck , they ended up towing my vehicle and when i went down there to the next day to the ferras auto service It’s came out to like 495 for a half a night. ridiculous added on stuff to make it more expensive, I highly recommend NOT TO GO to these folks or Get tow services because they will definitely take your arm and a leg no doubt that’s how disgusting they are over money they take your soul if they could.. I’m serious about that
