Gary the store manager was very rude and pressured me into needlessly purchasing FedEx packing materials instead of sending an item in the materials I arrived with. It has been almost 10 days since I filed a complaint and reimbursement request, and FedEx (corporate) has not followed up on my case. Sometimes FedEx is the only option for something, but when it isn’t, they won’t be getting my business. Especially this location.

The way they charge for computer time is simply theft.
You have to commit at the beginning to how many dollars as a flat rate you’re paying for And the money is charged to your card. You don’t know at that point how much printing you’re doing and how much it will cost. If you go over the allotted amount, it stops working . and you have to commit to another ten fifteen twenty dollars . and you forfeited the amount of money from the first time around. The only alternative is to overestimate how much you’re going to pay, but then you will not get the extra money back. This has happened to me several times .
The only positive is that their per page costs are significantly lower than Staples.

I understand why it has such a low rating. What a rude and rude staff. A man with a white beard helped me out. I wanted to send a package back to Samsung, Samsung sends you the label so you don't pay anything and at this FedEx store they wanted to charge me for putting more filling in the box, when at the Center Ave FedEx I sent the same package and I had no problem .

This is a very unique neighborhood and the people are generally awful to the employees here. I have always received excellent service from shipping to printing at this location from the manager and his team.

Nice store, dedicated parking for two car, but extremely expensive. Make your printing tasks somewhere else. Paid $2.95 for ona a4 lest self laminating

I wouldn't even give them a star. All the good reviews posted here are because those customers are local and regular. I have never experienced such a worst and rude behavior by the employee and the store manager. First, I put up an order for canvas photo print which was scheduled to pick up at 3 PM. I go to the store at 6 PM and ask about my order and they have no clue where my order is. The front desk guy comes up and says that the order is ready at FedEx store in McKnight road which is another 25 mins drive from this store. He was so rude when I asked him for a refund as I had to drive to the other store which again was closing at 7 PM and I needed the order as it was a birthday gift. He gave me the option either go pick up the order by yourself or wait until tomorrow. I go to the other store and pick up my order. I enquired who was at fault and they told me that it was the forbes office which didn't send my file to be printed until the afternoon of the scheduled pickup. So, I lodged a complaint to the customer care. Next day, first thing in the morning the forbes office store manager calls me and tells me that I was at fault as I had uploaded a corrupt file or wrong format or whatever while the fact was I designed the print on their website using their software and I have proofs for that. They didn't want to accept the fact that they were just lazy and didn't do their job. The manager rudely offered me to refund the order and then goes on to advise me that I won't be able to use their services anymore as I was the one who was being rude and further enlightened me that people from the country of US don't behave like this implying a racial comment that I'm an Indian and things are chaotic in my home country. I refused the refund then and now writing this review as I would like the company to take note of this and previous other people's review about the poor customer handling attitude and their systemic racial discrimination which is going unnoticed for years now. If the store manager is reading this I would like to tell him and his company that they won't be able to survive just depending on one country and that have some basic respect and dignity towards people of color and internationals. ONE THING FOR SURE FEDEX DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. IF NOT THIS STORE MANAGER WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN IN THE JOB FOR SO LONG EVEN AFTER REPETITIVE RACIAL COMPLAINTS. GOOD LUCK TO YOUR COMPANY'S AWEFUL CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT.

I do not wish for someone to speak on my behalf of something I'VE experienced..The man who came to my door twice now claims he is the "manager of FedEx" but refused to be any kind of professional. Argued with me about the instructions given to me from Walmart themselves. It's a shame what you have to go through for a simple package. The man yelled at me, waited for the door to close to continue yelling at me and threw insults my way! He even smiled and smirked when I tried to explain my situation and even offered him a different solution, I CANNOT MAKE THIS UP! This area has one of the most NASTIEST, RACIST, INCOMPETENT UNPROFESSIONAL people I have EVER met and it's truly sad and disgusting we still live in a world where we can't just coexist, instead we go out of our way to be rude to others and make their lives miserable. I did report him but without a proper name (which he didn't give btw) he basically gets away with his ignorance.

What's wrong with you? Are they really so busy and stressed that when you ask for help with copies or other things they just send you to the machine as if determining that all of us know how to do things like robots or that we don't need a little guide? I am grateful that I am not an older adult at least and being treated that way. If you have an employee who works with you and this employee helps me make copies or scan documents, you should not be bothered by this because everyone is working. It is honestly unpleasant, you superiors should not behave like this with clients or employees in a lower position.?

Terrible Experience at FedEx Ship Center, Forbes Ave PittsburghI had an extremely disappointing experience at the FedEx Ship Center located at 6308 Forbes Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15217. I visited this center with two large, yet thin packages, roughly the size of a TV box. Despite their manageable size, the staff at this location were exceptionally rude and unaccommodating. They bluntly refused to accept my packages for ground pickup, claiming they had no room. This was clearly not the case, as I could visibly see ample space available in the center. The attitude and lack of professionalism displayed by the workers were completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this center for any shipping needs. Their service was far below the standard expected of FedEx, and I was left thoroughly dissatisfied with my experience.

If you need to ship anything remotely large- do not ship to this store for pickup. They will refuse the package, and incorrectly categorize themselves as the “recipient” resulting in your package being sent back to the shipper. What a headache!

I rarely leave reviews, I was absolutely overcharged for printing services, wasn’t told the price until they printed when I had no choice but to pay (or cause a scene which I couldn’t bring myself to do) I will never use this store again

This so called "store manager" , gary has the worst attitude and no customer service skills. This was the 2nd time I had to deal with his condescending attitude. If you hate your job gary, leave, but dont expose your rudeness to customers!
