horrible service. woman at the counter told me i am missing a label and sent me away. I go home and search up the requirements and turns out it is not needed at all for ground shipping. wasted my time and money.

Know I have to call to get them to deliver to Pittsburgh and now they aren’t even answering calls… this is making me never use any company that ships via FedEx to Pittsburgh because it gets caught in Zelienople and never delivered but they mark as “attempted” so it is the “customer fault” and they can just ship it back…. This facility is okay but the zelie location it goes through is the worst shipping center I have ever encountered

After calling customer service SIX times to ask them to make sure the driver drops off the packages at our front door and NOT at the curb near the street, NOTHING has changed. We will be contacting an attorney and local news to report, we have the delivery driver dropping packages at the curb on our ring camera.
We don’t have this problem with Amazon, DHL, UPS, or USPS.

Pretty reliable place, nice to have around. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Mia in particular was very kind to me on a rough day and gave me spectacular customer service.

FedEx should pay more for its staff to be nicer to people (instead of throwing their temper at customers). I don’t blame the overworked staff. Something must be wrong with how FedEx runs as a company.

Completely unprofessional and lacking in any knowledge or customer service. Employees working 4/1 should be fired for the absolute power trip of withholding peoples packages they pay for even with correct information. Drivers don’t deliver packages if they don’t feel like it, even if it’s the literal job paid to do so. Regardless of specified information, they don’t care because entitlement and laziness. 5th time this has happened and this location specifically has AWFUL human beings. Get a new job if the one signed up for is too hard and it’s so miserable. What a joke of a staff

FedEx claims it attempted to deliver a package 3 times and no one was available to sign and accept the package,
All three times we were available AND no contact/attempt was made to obtain a signature/accept the package!
We were informed that an attempt was to be made on Saturday. One of us sat in the garage with the garage door open! No delivery was attempted!
We later learned that FedEx Does NOT deliver on Saturdays!
Our package has now been sent to the Sending Company.

It baffles me how this is considered a delivery company and yet not deliver your packages when you actually take the day off, wait for the package you're intended to receive, and the driver doesn't deliver it. Why not just call and say "I'm too lazy to do my job so instead of waiting at home, just go to work and pick it up at x hours." Then you show up to the facility only for them to ask you for a copy of your lease, when you can clearly receive a parcel at any address you put in the package as long as it's in your name. I have no idea that I can't receive a parcel if i'm crashing at a relative's house for short period. Fedex is unapologetically horrible and I don't know how they remain in business with such an appalling track record of bad customer experiences.

Terrible customer service. I could not get a live person for hours. They did not deliver in the 2 hour window they provided. Furthermore, who can wait from 8am-8pm to sign for a package?

Ignores delivery instructions. 4 out of the last 5 deliveries were left out on a landing leaving it visible 2 traffic, foot traffic, neighbors, "WEATHER " My last delivery was left out in the RAIN. Instructions r 2 deliver 2 back porch (easy delivery close 2 road & just 3 steps!!). FedEx delivers 2 front porch (hard delivery on a hill with sidewalk, 12-14 steps, landing, 4 steps, porch. Don't Use this service.

I’m not typically one to write a negative review, but the customer service at this location is terrible. The woman at the desk is clearly overworked and has no patience for customers who aren’t prepared and have questions. I was belittled and treated rudely. Take your business elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We tried to be pleasant with the person handling our transaction. She wouldn't stop complaining about how we packaged our item, even though it was packaged per legal requirements for shipping the item. She tried to say we didn't have to tell her it was a firearm even though the directions from S&W specifically say when you drop it off at FedEx you MUST tell the clerk. The first FedEx location we stopped at had no problem with the way the package was wrapped but couldn't ship it because it was a firearm. When the person finished processing the package the she angrily told us "it's checked in. You can go now". I know it's a rough time of year for this kind of job but the way this lady treated us was completely uncalled for.
