My fiancé and I needed to print all of the signage for our wedding last minute and were blown away by how helpful Mike at FedEx was. He walked us through the whole process, made it extremely easy for us and was able to print everything with time to spare. Can't recommend this place enough!

I came here to ship two boxes for my bridesmaids and had the best experience!! I knew I needed to purchase shipping boxes and Matt got me set up so easily. Helped me get the right boxes and package them securely. He was so helpful and sweet! I drove 20 mins to get here after having a bad experience at ups that is actually closer to me. But I will be making the extra trip from now on because of the amazing customer service by Matt and Fedex crew!

Would give no stars if I could . My package was left at the community mailboxes . About a quarter mile from my address. I was emailed that it was left on my front or back porch . Not true at all. In the end I found out that my package was stolen. So ridiculous and unprofessional. And terrable customer service had to explain this over and over for almost 120 minutes what happened. And still dont have it resolved yet. I will not use fed ex ever again. UPS .

I've been dropping off packages here for years. Lately it has gotten easier to create the label at home and have it printed at FedEx Office, at least when using the app on your phone to create the label. Instead of printing at home, you can get a QR code, save it to your Photos, and have the associate scan the QR code when you drop off the package. I did it that way with the Christmas shipping I did this year - much easier. I also bought a 15" cube box for $4. Usually I reuse boxes but I didn't have one that large. That was super convenient. The only downside is the awkwardness of the road and parking lot. Not easy to get in and out especially during busy traffic times.

Mike, the store manager, is a great guy. He went out of his way to make sure my box was packed safely and properly. Definitely my go to store for anything Fed-ex.

Just got some simple cards printed and cut and I couldn't believe how much they charge for 60 one sided card backs. They charge per single card cut which made the total ridiculously high. This is something they should notify you before hand because it's not listed anywhere in the store. The clerk was smug. Will not be coming back!!!
