Call us constantly to buy stuff from them. Come to them with the need of a few bolts and they say they can only sell us 50 that’s why we don’t buy from you. Your customer service is terrible.

Placed an order was told would be in on a Wednesday. Unfortunately did not arrive on that day. Was told they would call me when it arrived, they did not. The delay and no phone call meant that my job was delayed which is the reason for the low rating.

What a joke. I had ordered online on Monday. I figured I might save some time/money by doing this. Unfortunately I couldn't make it until Friday. It turned out they had silently cancelled my order, with no notification at all. The guy spent forever trying to find my order. I eventually was able to get 2 of the 5 items I wanted - but I only needed 20 washers, not 100! And they didn't even have an M6 nuts, which is probably about the most common metric hardware item ever. Never again.

They can get you whatever you want overnight and sometimes it's even in stock.

I was very happy with the help and service I received at this Fastenal Company, they were able to get me exactly what I needed in under 3 days. I was happy with their willingness to work with the smaller quantity of hardware that I needed. Other stores (Lowes, HD, Rolliers) that I would have thought would be able to help were very rigid and wouldn't help me out but these guys were interested in getting me what I needed fast.
