I was having trouble with the fit of my Rolex Jubilee bracelet. Two different Rolex watchmakers adjusted it but it still wasn’t quite right. Joe at FF made it right in only 20 minutes. Great guy, great service. I highly recommend

I’ve gotten my necklace fixed here twice. Very fast great service. I got my back the next day and I could hardly see where it was fixed and it’s a rope chain. I even had a link come apart close to the area that was fixed and it was covered under warranty. I would recommend using Fast Fix they are the only place I will take my jewelry!

Fast-Fix added links to my bracelet. It was quick and easy to walk into the store. I waited about an hour for the work to be done. The jewelers were polite and friendly.

I went in to have a lobster claw closure installed for my necklace. Michael informed me he could do that but informed me the closure end is very thin & could break & cause the necklace to come off. He recommended letting him give me an estimate to have it repaired properly. Of course as I didn’t want to lose it. It was reasonable for the work & time it needed to be left. Text me it was ready & looked good. He gave it a needed cleaning. Great service.

I went in to have the battery replaced in my Movado yesterday and the dark-haired brother told me it would cost $49. I told him that the long-haired brother, who was standing right there, did it last time for $15. They proceeded to whisper amongst themselves, tell me that that last time was a "one-time price" that the "manager must have approved" and speak to me in a disrespectful tone. The guy that did it last time wouldn't even speak to me directly. I grabbed my watch and left, and will never do business there again. All they want to do is upsell customers and overcharge you. They are unfriendly, inconsistent and rude. No thanks!

The service remains as top notch as it was the last time I needed a new battery in my watch. Reasonably priced, the service and the 5 year warranty make it well worth the trip to Ross Park Mall. My watch was ready within 30 minutes, as promised when I dropped it off.
