It's always hit or miss at this location. For the longest time it was RARELY open (regardless of what the hours posted were) during that same time it was so horribly staffed (I swear 12 yr Olds were running the place) idk how it wasnt robbed. Lately it has been better though!

Prices are decent, but that's about it. Rarely open on time. Some of the employees aren't very nice. It's a shame.

Employees watched a woman get assaulted inside their store and instead of calling the authorities, they watched and mocked the poor woman, and when the victim called 911 the employees wouldn’t tell her the address, Im absolutely disgusted by the lack of humanity and the negligence of this family dollar and its employees.

It’s your typical family Dollar. Only complaint is if you’re going to open at 10 o’clock plus every day change the store hours online from 9 AM that’s why you get a three out of five

This is the worst store I have ever been to. I am counting a subway that have me tainted food better than this place. At last the subway admitted they should not have poisoned.The place is a mess and dirty all the time. The staff of the worst i have ever seen in a store. I went in looking for something I could not find. I asked someone they told me it was in an isle that ialready looked in. When i said i don't see it there they told me it read not their job to look for stuff for me. I asked her if she thought she was being pleasant. She also stated it was not her job to be pleasant.If you want to complain to the company they will take an email and ignore you. I guess the loss prices are from the saving on not having standards or training employees.

I was just at this location and was accused of stealing I would never stolen from the store I do not have me on record as stealing from the store and the employees were very rude I feel as though all the employee should be terminated it don't know how to do their jobs

If I could leave zero for the review I would. At around 7:47pm a very rude employee answered the phone and was not nice at all hanging up on me purposely twice and made extremely rude responses. This employee should be terminated. On top of that this location is always closed when its not supposed to be. I definately do not recommend. Don't bother going to this store. I don't plan on attempting to go there again. They would proabably be closed anyway.

This store truly sucks!! It has totally gone downhill!! The employees are nasty and rude the aisles are covered with junk nothing is put on the shelves and every single time I go down to get something the door is locked and no one is there!! I will not be returning to this dump!!

Hello, I go to this family dollar whenever I'm in the area, the one closer by my home is normally closed or I can't catch them open, well I came here on July 29 to buy a fan, I called the same day I went to assemble it, well the metal part that connects to the stem of the fan wasn't there, I couldn't connect it what so ever, so when I called the young woman that rung me up told me that I could speak to a manager if I want to exchange, I just receive a refund. I was absolutely fine with that. I came today on July 31, the assistant manager (doesn't even look clean) told me I couldn't exchange or refund, so now im out of $25 that I do need but I can't even get an exchange, this is insane to me...I have to say that the manager rolled his eyes as soon as I started talking about an exchange as well as had a very nasty attitude, I told him before I walked out that he needs better customer service skills and he doesn't deserve to be a manager let a alone an assistant n if that's how hes going to run this store I won't be back. Someone from upper management please email me,
[email protected] I won't be spending my money at this particular store due to this nasty acting assistant manager!!
