I’m honestly pretty upset about the experience I was given. I got out of work around 7:15, drove all the way in from Robinson, and when I got to the store before 8 I was told they were closing at 8 due to being short staffed and then the woman locked the door in my face. BEFORE 8. I drove half an hour to buy two suits and possibly a few dress shirts and potentially open a credit account so I could have an easier way to shop there. If I choose to continue shopping with Express, I’ll probably end up going to another location.

I cannot speak highly enough of your staff in the Ross Park Mall location. I frantically showed after my bridesmaids dress ripped from another store. I entered the store begging for help as the wedding was only a few hours away! The staff went above and beyond and helping me find a perfect replacement. Even further the dress was gifted to me!! It didn’t stop there as the staff knew I needed accessories and while I had to shop they steamed my outfit. Completely saved the day and restored my faith in humanity.

I can’t begin to express my disappointment and disgust at the salespeople in express in Ross park! There were 3 coats and 4 skirts I wanted and literally a salesperson looked at me TWICE in the face and said NOTHING!!!!!!! I went to the back of the store and even the cashier was snotty.. I haven’t shopped in express in years and I will never go back

Edited Post as of 10/25/21: I had a confusing experience at this location when I was trying to return a few articles of clothing. Management reached out to me directly and acknowledged and clarified my concerns. I am completely satisfied with my experience and would recommend this store to anyone.

Expensive, but Express has really modern, trendy styles. The staff at this particular location was super helpful, helping me with the size, color, etc, with a suit coat. I found exactly what I was looking for;ba slim, stylish blazer that's pretty versatile.

Serving the North Hills of Pittsburgh since the 1980s (1986 to be exact) and containing the Pittsburgh's only full-service Nordstrom, this is my local mall and it's a great one at that! I love the freight elevators (Montgomery hydraulic elevators with Adams fixtures) and the selection! Just a nice mall overall.

Ok, let's be real. This is definitely the best mall around. It's always poppin and definitely has the best retail offerings - from the high end like LV and Burberry to the kitschy like Spencer's and tech like Apple, Tesla, and Peloton as-well-as athleisure from Lululemon to Athleta to Fabletics and Beauty staple Sephora and indie brand LUSH and finally amazing one-offs and local finds like the wacky Lundon shop (think street wear meets 90s club kid to drag and prom queen), not even mentioning all of your regular mall staples! As malls across the US are dying, Ross is clearly making a concerted effort to keep their shops current, fun, and exciting plus making sure that closed shops aren't sitting vacant and emptier areas still serve a purpose, whether it's just a cozy nook for relaxing between shops or designating play space for kids. I usually avoid malls like the plague - they're pretty depressing these days. But I always find something cute and fun and within my budget at Ross.

How are you closed at 8PM on a Friday night? This is ridiculous. Whoever is managing this needs to be relieved of their position. Whatever you're attempting to accomplish you've gone too far.

Not pet friendly and kinda racist. I brought my mini poodle and security tells me I cant have pets on the property. But when i go into the stores, employees tell me I can bring dogs because, they see people bring their large dogs all the time. I cant help but think Im being profiled by security because Im not white.

I purchased clothing online for store pick up. I waited in line for a few minutes until someone was available. The pick up process was easy. They asked for my name and directly brought out my clothes afterward. The pick up option is so convenient and I’d rather do that when I will be in the area vs shopping every store (COVID-19). The selection online with product information, and reviews is the ultimate way to shop in my opinion. Then being able to go in the store and see product is a plus. I’ll be happy when shopping returns to normal and I’ll be happy to shop brick and mortar stores again.

Ross Park mall has really upped its game over the last few years. It was and probably always will be my favorite mall in Pittsburgh (while malls are still a thing), but it's definitely above the rest. The size of it alone warrants talk. It's massive. Two huge floors which encompasses hundreds of stores. They have They have flagships likes Macy's, Nordstrom and JC Penney. They also have a ton of other great stores that aren't always seen in other malls like Fabletics, Peloton, and Casper. Of course they have the staples like Spencers, J. Crew, Gap and Hot topic. They've also got a Starbucks and a chai time inside to quench your thirst while you shop. Of course there is also a huge food court too with about 8-10 options. My go to mall when I'm in the area. Great options. Parking isn't an issue unless it's a holiday. Love it.
