***DO NOT COME HERE***
Eight-year-old son working there, tried to use a metal large tooth gel polish remover bit to do my cuticles. I asked them to use a smaller bit. They gave me an attitude and then they tried to use a bit that was used on somebody else’s nails, obviously dirty And I just got up and left. Gave the women $20 because she didn’t speak English. Owner was forcing her to use the sanitary method that they used.
I’ll never go back.

They do a good job for nails. David is good but beware of the owners attitude and etiquettes! Yen has been very unprofessional lately and seems like reading these reviewed this is common for her!
She usually talks extremely loudly on speaker phone while sitting in front of me while doing nails! This has happened twice.
Really want to make sure customers have a relaxing time rather than the way we had to listen to loud noise.

I had a pedicure done by Lily and she was wonderful, hospitable, and kind. The owner, however, was highly inappropriate. As I was sitting in the pedicure chair getting my service done and reading a book, I could hear her on FaceTime with a male colleague/family member. I am a fat, Black woman and I had my book in my line of sight. When I put it down for a second, I caught the owner pointing the camera at me, showing me to the person on the phone. She quickly moved the phone away when she saw I put my book down.
I was doing this service as self-care and to relax, instead I was made to feel like a spectacle for just being. She was also very rude to Lily as she was finishing my service and getting my payment. She rushed her to another walk-in client that was waiting. So, not only did this woman make a me feel like I was a spectacle at a zoo, she didn't allow her employee to provide good customer service.
If I do go back to see Lily, I will definitely address this in person but I wanted to put this on here for other folks to be on guard and make sure that they are not being made fun of and their likeness being shared for that purpose without their consent.

I first went there 2 years ago and it was bad professionalism and they're still the same! In 2022- Henry one of the specialists obviously was not paying attention when I asked him to do square shape/shellac French manicure. He was talking non stop on FaceTime - I understand that people have children/families at home - however professionalism should typically not be compromised. He also did a poor job on the nails and unfortunately got quite rude even as we were not able to communicate effectively. 2024- Yen, the owner, is so unprofessional!!!! Totally talks on the phone on speaker the whole time and has a terrible attitude!

Such good service. Each nail tech has their own strengths and show acknowledgment. The only thing to note is the price can sometimes be a surprise. I got a gel fill and it costed $60 when my initial full set (2 weeks ago) was $65. I don't get my nails done often but back in the day fill ins were $15-20. It was worth it though, since the techs really take their time.
Updated review: The last photo is my gel fill with matte top coat. CHEFS KISS once again. However, when i went to get a full leg wax done, it was a different story. The tech seemed as though it was her first or second time waxing. She kept reusing wax strips she had already previously used and minimal hair was coming out. She did not use enough wax when applying. She was too rough and messy when doing it.
It seems she was being stingy with the supplies. Anyhow, for $40 my legs should not still be hairy leaving the salon. I showed her numerous time's different spots she'd missed, but she would wax the wrong area then move on instead of listening. To top it off, she began plucking my legs which I not only didnt pay for or want, but could do myself and freaking hurt. 0/10 recommend for waxing, if doing so probably go with a veteran.

I spent 2 hours getting a gel pedicure that ended up hurting more than anything. no one communicates, their poor children are working and getting yelled at constantly for things, and it's cash only on Sunday? make that make sense!! the pedicure was terrible. my feet are killing me. over priced and under delivered.

Envy nail has a great vibe to it, very nice & clean place. I went to get a set of acrylics on a budget (hard to do these days lol) and the website said $45 so I expected to pay around $60 for what I wanted. I was charged $75 because of the gel polish (I didn't know we had the choice?), shape (almond), and design (color french tip). The lady who first did my nails didn't ask throughout the appointment about whether the shape, tip, etc. looked right. At the end I thanked her, paid and left but when I got outside I realized the nails did not look good/at all like what I asked for. I went back in and the same lady returned to fix my nails but the shape and thickness was still not good. To get the shape right they had to make my nails much shorter. The whole experience was super overwhelming. This was the first time I'd got my nails done in over a year so it was upsetting that it wasn't relaxing and exciting. It seemed that a few of the ladies were gaslighting me and acting like I was ridiculous for thinking it didn't look like the reference photo. I ended up leaving and having to come back and Rachel took care of me. While she couldn't make them longer like I originally wanted, she did a great job of working with the nails like original artists left and I'm happy with the product. That being said, i feel I had to fight the salon to get remotely close to the simple design I asked for. If you like shorter nails with no design I think this would be a great shop to go to.

My husband treated me to a spa day for my birthday. Not only did the nail tech cut me under my nail, I also got a toe infection from getting a pedicure. I will never go back here or recommend them.

Lilliana did my Deluxe Pedicure, and she was SPECTACULAR - she put in so much work removing calluses, exfoliating, and massaging my legs, easily more than any other pedicure I've ever received. I look forward to returning to experience it all again! Highly recommend!!

I’ve been coming here for a while now to consistently get my nails done, and the staff is always super friendly. They have a wide variety of choices, and they always seem to accomplish what I’m looking for. This is probably my favorite nail salon to come to

I’ve gone there three times now and every time I’ve been impressed. I felt so bad I came in one day with a set of nails from a different nail technician and she fixed everything they’re amazing. Definitely recommend. The last photo was the inspiration
