This is by far the best detailing job I have ever experienced! Cliff and Dante were great and even showed a video of the truck being cleaned. I will definitely be using this shop again for all of my vehicles and highly suggest others do the same.

Recently I purchased a car with matte finish. Liked the car too much to give it up but was intimidated by care requirements. I have never had my car detailed but fortunately found out about Elusive Auto Shine on the web. Dante educated me on the care and gave it a protective coating as well as buffing out scratches (on the new car). This is one of the most painful reviews I have ever had to write, as I was very fond of Dante.I trusted him with ALL of my vehicles, and he trusted me enough to use my business as well.The only difference between Dante and I is integrity.When he encountered an issue while using our services, I immediately rectified the incident.Sadly, I did not receive the same treatment when my black sports car was damaged at the hands of Dante or his assistant.I am very particular about my vehicles. I take pride in keeping them in pristine condition. Therefore, we go over the vehicle prior to me leaving it in his care.Because I grew to trust Dante, I didn't do a full check of my vehicle prior to leaving. Which means we didn't pull the vehicle into the sunlight or complete a walk around.Instead, my wife and I stopped for dinner, and upon getting out of the vehicle, I noticed some product that required wiping off. Again, sunlight shows details not evident while in the shop.When I got around to wiping the back of the car, I saw the gash and immediately notified Dante. However, it was his anniversary, so I didn't want to be intrusive out of respect, so I kept it brief.As I write this review, I realize that the person I cared about and saw as a friend did not share the same sentiment.When we finally talked, I told Dante that I had found damage on the rear bumper, he denied it emphatically. I was disappointed more in the way he handled it.He refunded the money with disdain as if I needed it back, I wanted him to correct the problem. It was a quarter size gash on my rear bumper.I found it odd he was rushing me out the door that day, and I trusted him, because he had another client waiting, so I didn't go over my car. Check your car before you leave no matter what.He destroyed my trust, so I clean my cars myself now.Services: Auto detailing

I contacted Elusive via their website chat and they were wonderfully responsive to my questions for a scratch to our new vehicle. They also got us booked effectively quick. For the repair itself Dante was exceptionally professional and down to Earth. I took my car in for an interior/exterior detailing and am very happy with the results. The owner (Dante) is very responsive to texts/emails and was even able to accommodate a last-minute change in my needs, to repair a small dent and some paint damage. Dante did an absolutely fantastic job completing an exterior paint correction and ceramic coating to my 2008 BMW 335xi. He also steam cleaned the interior for me. It was a true pleasure to deal with him start to finish. He offered a convenient drop off time, and extremely thorough and detailed walk-through of what to expect. The car came out better than I could have ever hoped, and my expectations were quite high. Dante is a true ‘car guy’ which is always appreciated, as well. If you are looking for a true detailing of your vehicle, then this is the place to go. Not only was Dante professional and easy to work with, but he delivered phenomenal results. Originally I thought the price was high, but I had a very short time frame to take care of this. After seeing the finished project, I am not sure that Dante is charging enough for his services. It is so convenient to schedule online and so easy to pick up your car after hours. I will be recommending Dante and Elusive Auto Shine to everyone I know. Thanks Dante!
