This Eddie Bauer store was packed with apparel for women and men, but some styles were not available in my size. I walked around the store for many minutes before an employee spoke to me, but he did promptly ring up my purchase. The sale prices were reasonable. I really like Eddie Bauer’s t-shirts, hoodies, and socks.

Very pleasant shopping experience. Returned an online order seamlessly, and also made a purchase. Special thanks to Manager Ms. Denise who patiently assisted me throughout everything with a pleasant demeanor and professional mannerism. I highly recommend this store, and I am sure you will have the same pleasant experience with the store and the customer service.

Dan is a pretty grumpy guy. I drove in to inquire about replacing a pair of torn jeans under Eddie Bauer’s “lifetime guarantee” policy that used to be in place. This policy was fantastic for the outdoorsmen because it showed a company that was confident and stood behind their clothing. In fact I’ve had two other pair of jeans fail while camping and hunting and they were replaced with no questions asked. Because of this wonderful service, I purchased practically my complete wardrobe from Eddie Bauer.Upon my trip to return the pants, Dan refused the return and took offense to me asking about the lifetime guarantee policy.He literally suggested I should instead size up my pants instead of wearing “skinny jeans”. (These were the relaxed fit jeans and I’m 5’8” and 165. I’ve worn my size the past 5-6 years). I wasn’t rude, I wasn’t even mad about the change in company policy - but Dan’s response to a customer inquiry was adversarial and curt.Shout out to the new girl at the counter that was just sitting there saying “oh my gosh, I’m so sorry!”

Staff are very friendly and they do have a lot of options. I have a hard time through the year finding the tall t shirts, they always seem to be out. The store is hard to look around in certain areas, to many racks in the way. I prefer other ones or the grove city outlets.
