The staff and location is amazing. My grandson Wesley loves going everyday. He has grown so much in knowledge. The Penn Hills location is clean and very safe. And the staff greets you everyday with a smile. If you’re looking for a safe and fun learning daycare. KinderCare is it!

My daughter has been going to this daycare for almost a year now and she loves going there. She always excited to see her teachers in the morning and they do a lot of fun activities for the kids.

After our last daycare fiasco we switched to kindercare and truly couldn’t be happier.
I love the environment, diversity, teachers and directors. They listen to what you need and truly take great care of our two boys! Definitely recommend for anyone in the area

I must say I was a little nervous about my kiddos starting daycare but once they started at KinderCare I was so comfortable with dropping them off knowing they were in good hands. My daughter has progressed so much since she started attending KinderCare. All the staff are very nice and friendly! This daycare would always be my 1st recommendation to any parent!

My 4-year-old autistic twins attend kindercare they have been great, patient, loving and very understanding of their needs and my experience has been great overall. Highly recommend. They were the only child care that would take my children with IEPs.

Would recommend to anyone in the area! My kids love getting up and going to school every day and have developed such good relationships with their teachers & the staff here :-) they go above and beyond to keep the families involved in the center and always have fun activities planned for the kiddos on top of their regular curriculum. All of the staff members are enthusiastic, welcoming, and pleasant! So happy I switched my kiddos to this center, we love it here.

Our children started attending daycare for the first time in March of 2024. We have felt welcomed and reassured that our child would be in excellent hands at East Pittsburgh Kindercare. The staff is friendly, attentive, and seems to genuinely care about the well-being and development of each child. While both our children are transitioning out of and into different classrooms, it is clear that the center directors and their teachers know them well. Our daughter, in particular, lights up when she sees her favorite teachers.
The facility is clean, safe, and equipped with a variety of engaging and educational toys and activities. They are even learning some Spanish, which is really important to us as a family.
The communication from the daycare is great. We receive regular updates on both our children's progress, daily activities, and any important notices. It’s clear that the team is dedicated to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children.
The center has its ups and downs with turnover and sicknesses, like any other daycare or workplace, but they do their best to keep us informed and take care of our children.
As a mom, it is very difficult to leave our children with others for sometimes 10+ hours. We recommend East Pittsburgh Kindercare to any parent looking for a trustworthy and caring place for their child. Thank you for providing such a positive and enriching experience for our family!

KinderCare has been the best thing to happen to our little one. We feel incredibly supported and we are kept in constant communication. She entered daycare there with a speech delay and continues to make strides and improvements just from the diligent work the teachers do with the students in the classroom. We are so happy to be in the East Pittsburgh KinderCare family!

I had a terrible experience with KinderCare and would not recommend it to any parent looking for reliable childcare. The center was constantly calling off at the last minute, leaving parents like myself in a bind and forcing us to call off work repeatedly. This inconsistency and lack of reliability made it impossible to maintain a stable schedule and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
To make matters worse, the director of the daycare seemed to transfer her frustrations onto the parents, creating a hostile and unwelcoming environment. Her lack of professionalism and inability to handle challenges effectively only added to the chaos and discomfort experienced by families using the daycare services.
Additionally, the director's brother, who was presumably involved in the management of the center, was incredibly rude to my family. His disrespectful behavior further confirmed the lack of professionalism and respect within the daycare's staff.
Overall, the disorganization and lack of respect displayed by KinderCare made it an extremely unpleasant and unreliable option for childcare. I strongly advise parents seeking peace of mind and a well-managed daycare to look elsewhere for a more positive and supportive environment.

TERRIBLE! NEVER AGAIN! At first I felt bad for taking my baby out but after speaking with staff and other moms it was the best decision I should have made MONTHS ago. I always wondered why they had so much availability and I then found out myself exactly why and it is because they are MONEY HUNGRY, DIRTY, INCONSIDERATE. How do you close a daycare because YOU don’t have any staff and can’t keep them and the parents are still to pay let me say they closed two weeks straight due to staffing. Why are kids drinking out of the same cups? Why when I asked for my daughters cup and looked for the lid in the “clean lids bin” was it NASTY AS IF IT HAD NOT BEEN WASHED AS THEY CLAIM TO SANITIZE BUT MYSELF AND LAUREN BOTH LOOKED AT IT IN DISGUST! Why are the teachers getting mad that parents are looking for their kids belongings. How do you loose a child’s COAT IN THE WINTER AND EXPECT THE PARENT TO SAY OH ITS OK AND LEAVE OUT THE BUILDING IN THE COLD WITH A BABY! They get soooo offended when you bring concern to their attention. They have marked my child present when she was in MY CARE! Getting paid for something they weren’t doing. The daycare is VERY family oriented which is why they do whatever they want and get away with it. Dirty ! Why are people walking in infant rooms with shoes on like they don’t crawl on the floor put things in their mouths. Talking to a teacher one day they say they cleans and sanitize and the next day talking to the teacher they just throwing toys in the toy bin NOT SANITIZING THEM. They are VERY MESSY and talk about every parent that comes there. Since I have been taking my daughter there there has been sooo many kids taken out and I see why. I tried to stick it out but this daycare is trash the staff TRASH the way they handle situations TRASH! I asked Lauren for something one day she told me to wait until the next day the next day approaches she said she didn’t have time to look and looked at me as if I should have just walked off . The amount of frustration they cause is unbelievable. I will NEVER look back and glad I didn’t . A teacher there told me that Lauren would LIE and say they have a waiting list because they didn’t want my daughter there and sure enough she said they had a waiting list. I also called and pretended to be a parent to a different kid and sure enough THERE WAS ROOM!
I get it daycares are germy butttttttt everyone has to play their part. If the teachers are not wiping things down and cleaning everything everyday how can you stop germs from spreading. My daughter has been excessively SICK non stop from them. Teachers don’t want kids to come to daycare sick but will come spread the flu to each kid. They owe me 36$ and I have not seen that yet. I don’t care if it was 1$ they won’t get another damn penny out of me! If it’s just a lousy 36$ then send it with no confrontation.. they constantly use my daughters diapers on other kids, she’ll have on somebody else’s diapers after repeatedly asking them to watch that because she has had BAD reactions to other diapers they get offended no matter how you ask. I was nothing but nice to them fools and shouldn’t have been. Things happen with your kid and the only thing they say is I’m sorry we’re not sure SO HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU THINK IM GOING TO TAKE THAT AS A EXCUSE?? If I come to you and say I’m sorry I didn’t know I had to pay for childcare they’d unenroll my daughter with no hesitation. Any disagreement they mention unenrolling your child when they ONLY reason she was there because wasn’t no other daycares available BUT THE DIRTY A** KINDERCARE in Penn hills. I have missed sooooooooo much work because of them. They swear they have a temp every other week when it’s really them trying to get the ratio down for the week they’ll keep the kids that don’t cry and send the ones that are a problem home for the rest of the week while they continue to collect money as if the kids are in their care. YES YES I SURE DID CALL MY CASEWORKER AND ADVISED THEM NOT TO SEND PAYMENT A FEW TIMES ! They got one star because I didn’t have a choic

An awesome daycare! My daughter has been going here for almost 2 years now and has learn so much. The teachers and staff take such good care of her and with all her medical problems they always show they care. They have an app that I can go on anytime of the day and see pictures of her, what and how much she ate for lunch or how long she napped. I highly suggest this 6/24I wanted to write an update on how things are going. We still love this center. Things have been going a little crazy for the staff with a shortage but they are keeping up great with it. I always get updates throughout the week if they need to close due to sickness and I could not thank them enough with doing this. My daughter gets very sick when she does and the fact that they close if kids are sick shows they care and doesn't just want my money. The front staff Ms. Angelica and Ms.Christina are amazing and they are constantly checking on my daughter to make sure she is doing okay. I will say it again. CHOOSE THIS CENTER ?

This daycare is really nice all the teacher are nice and do what they are expected to do. They are very welcoming and outgoing to the children. My son goes there and he loves it so much every time he would see his teacher he would get the biggest smile. When I would ask him if he is ready to go to daycare he will smile with the biggest smile he can. I just love this daycare so much.
