We are long term clients and have been using East End Veterinary Medical Center for well over 15 years. For us they are very convenient and access to the doctors is excellent.
Miniature Schnauzers often have illness/diseases which can be difficult to diagnose but Dr. Fisher has helped us with diagnosis and ultimately the proper treatment.

My sweet cat has taken a turn for the worse and the extreme kindness that every doctor and staff member has shown us means the world. Excellent care and extremely accommodating despite being new clients. Best vet experience I’ve ever had even though it’s a very difficult situation.

My 15 year old cat recently had to be put down due to a quick progression of illness. While it was devastating, EEVMC worked to be sure I'd be able to bring her in that same day. Dr. Berner and the tech assisting her were extremely respectful and caring during an incredibly difficult day.

Dr Fisher was thorough, patient and kind. He took the time to answer all my questions and was attentive to my concerns. After nightmare experiences at the Big Easy, I am so happy to have found East End!

I've been coming to this vet since the day they opened & have had good experience with the vets, especially Dr, Fisher.
Some of their front desk & technicians need to be versed in good manners & respect for their customers/patients. I was exactly 10 min late, after check in, a tech. flew into waiting room yelling at me that I was late & they were backlogged so she was charging me a late fee YIKES! I said fine, I don't mind paying. Then I thought wow, that was really unnecessary, how that tech just shamed me in the middle of the waiting area.
I couldn't believe how rude and out of control that particular situation was. I was then called into the exam room & the same tech, who shamed me in the waiting room, called me in & had such an attitude, that I stopped to tell her how rude she was & she stormed out of the room & got the manager, which I was thrilled about. Couldn't wait to tell the mngr. what had happened, which I did.
I explained that this isn't the first time I've had to complain about staff & what that person/tech had just displayed in the waiting room was unacceptable & I would have paid the late fee, because I was 10 min late, however had that tech approached me with some dignity & couth, I wouldn't have to be talking to the mngr.
I explained that I have been coming here since the beginning and I've NEVER been late, they can check my record. I also advised them to check their camera's in the waiting room to see exactly how this tech. ran out & was so hurried & flustered & taking it out on me. I also mentioned "I now wanted the late fee taken off of my bill, the tech can pay it, after that tantrum that she threw" I also explained that it is not my problem nor should it be anyone's problem that you are overbooked/understaffed, etc. this has NOTHING to do with the customer.
If you want to tell me something in a civilized manner, that I accept, not what I got from that tech. Totally unacceptable!!
The manager did apologize somewhat, not too thoroughly, just enough to get on with things.
NO ONE should have to be a the end of someones bad day. I'm a customer! I also suggested that they have their staff regularly read, what is on the door of all the exam rooms. Which is all about RESPECT! I think a refresher course is in order !!!!!!
It's such a shame, some of the staff is really bringing down the quality & undermining the Dr.s that are good.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, easy to schedule, nice & clean exam rooms. Most importantly they are sweet and gentle with my kitties, showing great care and kindness.

As a recently new pet owner, I wanted to establish care for my 3 kittens as early as possible. East End Veterinary Medical Centre came highly recommended and after taking my kittens there, I understand why. The process is amazingly simple and the staff couldn't be friendlier. Scheduling was a breeze and they make sharing all of your pets' information easy as well.
On the appointment day you are immediately greeted and the wait isn't a long one. The appointment went smoothly and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The Doctor answered all of my questions and was patient with my pets. It was a very positive experience overall. I would highly recommend!
