Wow...couldn't have asked for an easier process in getting my CPAP machine! From Austin's first call to discuss what the process would be and her assistance in scheduling the appointment with George to George's arrival, everything was smooth and unobtrusive to my schedule/time. George was so kind and knowledgeable as well as funny - made the process of setting up the machine and giving me instructions so simple (and sort of made me interested in going to sleep right away!). Looking forward to getting a better night's sleep tonight - I'm very impressed with this company and highly rate them for customer service - they are doing something right! Thank you so much!

Called because my CPAP isn't working and was told someone else would call me. Waited 12 hours with no call. Hope I don't die in my sleep.

I called up to get a part for my CPAP machine as they are the closest company with parts near my house. I explained I have covid and need this machine working and that part broke this morning. The gentleman kept insisting that I needed a prescription for a part that I can buy online and have shipped with no prescription. What I asked to speak to his direct report he hung up on me. The service at this company is the worst I have ever seen.

They are attentive when it came to setting up the CPAP machine and resupplying but when I'm asked about the recall they literally could not help. All this time.incoukd be using an unhealthy machine? How in the world do they not know about which machines are recalled. I thought they supplied the machine and the supplies? Now I won't use it until I get an answer.

JUST RECEIVED MY PARTIAL SUPPLIES A "DIFFERENT COLOR" HOSE(USUALLY GET A WHITE ONE). NO FACE MASK(USUALLY ONE GOES AROUND MOUTH AND UNDER NOSE) THOUGHT I GOT ALL EVERY 3 MONTHS. SO IM GONNA QUIT USING IT.

In the beginning when they want your business and your money, they are very attentive, kind, answer your calls and return your voice mail messages. When you ask for assistance and direction for a recall for equipment that has a potential health risk, the kindness, compassion and attentiveness goes out the window. The company lacks the dedication to their customers. Failed to reach out on the recall for CPAP machines and hot to return the equipment. Then do an unauthorized charge for the faulty equipment. They have no answering machine/voice mail. I have to call back tomorrow. If I could give 1/2 or zero stars, I would. I will not use their company and would strongly not recommend them to anyone.

Dynamic healthcare systems is the absolute worst company to deal with for cpap equipment, I have had nothing but issues with receiving equipment, help with finding packages I never received but got charged for, call backs on the questions I have with equipment and recalls, so on and so forth. Call with a question or for help you get passed around to any and every department but don’t worry you will make multiple stops at billing to make sure you pay for everything whether it was delivered to you or not. For anyone who has been recently been diagnosed with any sleeping issues or disorders please do not deal with this company it will ruin your experience and make your attempt to get back on a healthy track frustrating and miserable

My husband’s cpap was recalled. I called DHS for what I needed to do. Tracy gave me some background in the recall. After a few phone calls I found out that my insurance due to the recall would reimburse me if I could purchase one quicker than Phillips could replace it. I called Tracy, she offered to do a call with me and my insurer to ensure I had all the documentation the insurance required for reimbursement. She even directed me to the best contact at the sleep doctors office to contact to get the needed information from them. 2 business days later my husband had a new cpap. I can’t thank Tracy enough for her assistance, patience, knowledge and kindness. I’m sure her days are hectic with this massive recall but she still managed to give wonderful personalized service.

According to DHS home page "About Us"..."We treat our customers like family, ....... for years because of our superior commitment to provide you with the absolute best in product quality and customer service. Our highly trained staff will help you make the best choices for your needs, while providing you with friendly service and expert advice. Every effort is made to ensure that your experience is as pleasant and efficient as possible. ....."Well, I have not felt like family at all..... DHS has known about the the PHILIPS RESPIRONICS RECALL since AT LEAST early June. DHS has not said one word to their Customers (Family) regarding the recall! Don't you think that you would share notification of potential health risks with your Customers (Family)??? Don't you think you have a moral obligation to notify family of potential health risks?? Shame on you for not notifying your customers !!! I called and the customer Service rep was pleasant, but unable to explain why there has been no notification of the recall to your customers......

Just like everyone else has said terrible customer service. Absolutely will not be doing any business with them ever again. Instead of doing cold calls to see if we need supplies every month you need to concentrate on how to talk to your customers and make that a priority. 10 years plus as a customer but that ends today after the conversation I just had.
