Still waiting!!! This grid is well maintained, but their customer service is terrible. Love my solar company, never had to wait more than a few rings for them to answer.

Extremely terrible customer service. Minimum wait times are 1.5 to 2 hours on phone and no call backs despite choosing the option. Frequent over billing. No formal complaint options on website or app. No email provided for that purpose. Duplicate billing for a cycle already paid for. No details of service dates for the charges on the bill. This company should not be allowed to exist.
Please try calling the business line. Might work. I think they only have one person in the office taking care of everyone.

Disappointed in poor service. I moved units and my bill quadrupled due to FOREIGN LOAD. Per DLC web, 100% of that bill should go to the building owner until fixed and verified by DLC. I've tried to file their online energy theft form, it doesn't work. I've emailed multiple times with no response. I finally got a rep on the phone after waiting 2.5hrs & she didn't seem to have a clue & said the business dept would be calling me. It's been 1.5wks with no call back.
That rep did inform me that DLC has not been out to inspect any of the rewiring and meter tinkering that the owners electrician has been doing. Which of course the owner claims otherwise. Ugh.

32 minutes on hold two ask two questions. If these morons actually cared about the work they did they'd do better. This is absolutely the pinnacle of bureaucratic nonsense.

During the application process, this company made two mistakes and I had to go without electricity for a week. There is no compensation or quick processing. Worst company I've ever seen

I've called 3 different times in the past week, all varying wait times (anywhere from 5 minutes to half an hour) and NOTHING. I need to transfer service and the only way I can do so is via phone (as directed by the online tool). Didn't use to be this bad, usually I get answered fairly quickly in the queue. :(

I wish I had the option to give 0 stars. This has to be the worst company mankind has ever created. Exaggeration? I don't care. They take advantage of people at every possible corner. With outtages almost every month, zero customer service, and the absolute most difficult website/app, I lose 10 years of my life everytime I have to do anything with my account. Autopay doesn't actually work and all of a sudden you'll have a bill for two months worth of electricity with ridiculous fees on top of that. You can never get ahold of an actual human being when you need help. It's truly outrageous. I have to reset my password everytime I need to log in because they hired a caveman to create their online portals. I may as well send them a letter by pony express because theres no other way to get ahold of them. Their costs make no sense, all they want to do is take peoples money. If you have the option not to use this company I implore you to do so.

1 star is too high. Just moved into my place and i get a bill saying i owe $600. There is no possible way for me to get a hold of anyone through calling and the other options they give to check my bill online are absolutely useless. Sometimes it says the wait time is 3 hours sometimes they just send me to hold with no estimate and i’m sitting there for hours. Not once have i ever actually been able to talk to a human. Beyond ridiculous. i’ve lived in pittsburgh for about 4 years now and have had nothing but problems with this company and their useless customer service.

DLC Rebate Program - don't be fooled and don't waist your time. After 10 months, multiple call and 3 proof letters I was approved for the Rebate program and "awarded" with a ONE time re-ember cement. I will fully charge my electric car on a Tesla charging station during my work hours and pay less.
