Very disappointed in their handling this mail order. Order placed 5/23/2023. Received an email on 5/31/2024 saying "We are preparing your package" and "A shipping label was created. Estimated delivery will be available once the package ships"Tried chat - was told if not shipped by 7/6/2024 they would offer a replacement order.When waiting for an order that was to be a gift, this waiting time is very disappointing.It may be time to move on to Eddie Bauer, etc.

I had bought work pants there in December. I wore them quite often and unfortunately they decided to blow out at the stitching a few days ago. I kept my receipt because of the No Bull guarantee. I was hesitant about driving the hour to attempt and exchange them but was pleasantly surprised at how Jenny the manager was and handled it. She exchanged my pants no problem at all no extra fees no hassle nothing negative to say. I decided to buy another pair as well and leave a good review because it was well deserved.

The best prices for big and tall clothes that I've ever seen. I was very impressed! Excellent customer service as they game me 20% off for my first purchase. I went for work clothes but will be buying my everyday clothes there as well. Great store!

One of my favorite places to go for clothing. They have a great variety of women's workwear and everyday clothing that lasts well, is comfortable, looks great and has ample pockets. Costs a little more but well worth it and they have great sales.

OK, let's be honest. If you're shopping Duluth you don't need me to tell you the great quality of their goods. What you might not know is that the quality of this particular store's personnel are an even higher caliber than the products they sell. Every time I'm in this store I encounter friendly, pleasant and helpful associates. Recently, I had one deliver such excellent customer service that I had to write this review.I was in-store shopping a VIP sale the other night. I purchased several hundred dollars of merchandise (and every associate was so helpful!). When I got home, I was reviewing my receipt and noticed that one of the items that was supposed to be discounted was rung up at full price. I immediately phoned the store. Naturally, as it was a big sale night, no one was available to take my call, but I was able to leave a voice message. I gave the details and a call back number. The next day, shortly after opening time, Dale phoned to tell me that he'd already pulled up my transaction, saw the incorrect charge and how he would fix it. He also apologized for the inconvenience and said that he'd let me know when he was able to complete the credit. The very next morning, he phoned again (although I missed this call) and left me a message saying that he was successful in processing the credit and no further action would be necessary on my part. He sent me an email confirming the credit, too. When I reviewed the email, I noted that Dale actually extended me a little more credit than I expected. THIS is customer service!I phoned the store to thank Dale for his follow-up, but he was not handy to the phone. I asked the person who answered to please thank him for me, and I told her just how much I appreciate the level of service he provided. I complimented all of the employees to her and said that this is why I love to shop at Duluth Trading Company.I was always confident shopping Duluth, but after this extra level of service I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, Dale, and every associate at Duluth Robinson! Happiest of holidays to you all!

Experience the best at outrageous prices for the few to afford. This is the men's Victoria secrets for Men. I pay $25 for one pair of underwear, and it's worth every $. Awesome atmosphere helpful staff. Awesome gift idea. Men love hardware stores and a tight package. Armichillo underwear rocks my rocks. No kids Men hear enough whining, let them have sanctuary.

Love their work pants (Firehose Flex). A little pricey, but well worth it. Get so much more wear out of their pants than other brands. Highly recommend.

First time I've visited the store but I've ordered items over the years online. Mostly underwear for my husband, he loves them! Ordered myself a couple of pairs of pants in March, unfortunately they didn't fit. I honestly forgot about them, once I ran across them again, I checked the return policy. One year! Awesome!Took them into this store today, they took them back, no problem. She even found the packing slip inside the package so I didn't need my email invoice. I was even able to pick which credit card I wanted my refund to go on, as my original card had been canceled. It took less than 2 minutes, was so easy!We wandered through the women's, then the men's sections. We were asked by 3 different employees if we needed help. They weren't hovering but someone was close by if we needed anything. I liked that. They were all friendly.The store was clean and well organized. Dressing rooms too. I'm a germophobe so front door handles on any store are always a strong indicator for me. I was actually impressed by the ones on this store. I know, this is a small dumb thing, but something I noticed and appreciated.It was nice to shop in the actual store, there's only so much you can figure out online. There's different textures and materials, and obviously you get to try things on. I'd definitely go back to this store!

DisapponitedDuluth has always meant quality... no more. underwear i recently ordered shrunk and had smaller tighter waist band. sad day
